The Panhandle Producers & Royalty Owners Association web site was an absolute wreck. It just barely gave us a net presence. We had tried to develop an on-line system that would allow our membership to sign up for memberships and register for convention events, but it never really worked. Out of frustration, and based on recommendation of someone with similar experience, we decided to give Cat-Man-Du a try. We were very impressed with the company from our first meeting with management. They listened carefully to our concerns and expectations and went to work on our web site. It wasn't just "patch and fill," it was a bottom-up rework. Admittedly, it took some time to get it right and we're still doing some fine-tuning, but our net presence is now the most solid and workable it has ever been. In the process, we have worked closely with Billy Goforth, one of the Cat-Man-Du's IT's. Believe me, we have tested his patience over and over again, but he has always been professional and thorough. Most importantly, Billy knows how to listen. He knows how to take vague, end-result expectations and turn them into workable solutions. I love this place. I know nothing about computers but have depended on my macbook for the last 6 years. I didn't know my passwords, didn't know the lingo, and could barely explain what was going wrong with my computer. Michael at the Canyon location was reassuring and patient as we worked through all the issues I was having. He upgraded my operating system, set up my iCloud, cleaned out things that were malfunctioning and installed the latest versions. Then he explained everything so clearly. I've had the pleasure of knowing Ray personally for a few years as well as doing business with cat-man-du and have the highest respect for him and his employees. I have recently been plagued by a very, very nasty bug on my PC. I tried everything I could to get rid of it, even trying to factory restore my computer. It did not work. I called Catmandu for help. I used to live in Amarillo but now I live about 500 miles from Catmandu so therefore out of their personal service range. But not to worry they had that covered by tackling my problem remotely. I've used Catmandu twice, and both experiences were fantastic. My first visit was to enlist help with my laptop. They troubleshooted it, fixed the problems, and charged me less than I expected. The second visit was for our somewhat antiquated desk top which has a bad habit of eating hard drives. Again fixed it in a timely manner at a lower price than expected. Been is several times to have work done on my lap top and flash memory cards. They are friendly, fast and have fixed 2 problems in 1 hr that the Geek Squad at Best Buy said would take over 2 days to get fixed. I highly recommend CatManDu to anyone who need computer work done. We took our laptop to Best Buy and they spent hours trying to fix it with no luck. Then they told us they would have to send it off and it would cost $250 to get it fixed. We took it to cat-man-du and they fixed it within 10 minutes and they were extremely friendly! We had a great experience and would recommend cat-man-du to anyone! Purchased a new computer for our office. The tech came over and moved our data, helped load old programs and files, connected the new computer to the server, all in a very short amount of time.
