I upgraded to the 500mbps wifi plan hoping it would make my wifi somewhat better and not only did it not, they switched me to the 1GIG plan without my consent. Even on this plan I still got the same horrible 10-80mbps wifi for $120, when I tried to cancel this they refused change my bill, So I was charged $120 for 3 days of a plan I didnt use choose nor receive the benefits of. Like I said customer service is terrible, even when speaking to an 'agent' it's very clear you're speaking to a poorly made bot or someone from another country who barely knows what they're doing.

The plan to move to AT&T Fiber Optics and Phone landlines from my current provider to AT&T was established in May. It is now Sept. 2nd and AT&T never delivered on their promise. I've been in contact with them (salesman named Philip) multiple times. My landline service from my recent provider ended August 9th. For four weeks my business has been without working phone lines! I missed 188 phone calls on Saturday alone. This promise to perform fiber optic internet and phone lines was poorly given and completely affected our business performance for multiple days! We've been patient but this has been absurd. We are transferring back to our recent provider because what they promise they deliver!

Couldn't get anyone I could understand). Once they improved their customer service, it has been great. The technicians have always been wonderful. They provide a direct number to them after installation to immediately rectify any problems. Unlike rip offs such as Suddenlink, there isn't a cap on the internet. I receive the same bill every month - no surprise charges. About once a year, I call the. Customer Retention Department and see if they have a current promotion for better pricing.
