So I rescheduled for them to show up. They pretty stated. "You cancel on me, I'll cancel on you". What kind of business practice is this. I've been with them for a year now. The very persistant, annoying, commission based rep called five times to set a date, and I explained to her a family member was very ill and it would need to be put on hold. Appearing on my next MC statement, a posting of $113.66. It seems this was a "consultation fee" for that great dog and pony show she really strained herself on. And it would not count toward a sevice.
