Same can't be said for the other one they sent to us for a few months with no explanation as to why they switched - we thought Tanner was gone! But he then showed up last time. ‍ They quit texting us alerts as to when they'd be here. They sometimes email - but I don't check email to read all my mail - I search for something I expect. I just happened to see the last two within hours of the scheduled appointment. Back in November I asked to cancel services and they refused saying I had a contract. My contract was only for a year! And we are well into our 2nd/3rd year with no written / renewed binding contract - they just keep scheduling service. So I reluctantly just rescheduled ... but we have to cancel services. Economy and unforeseen events just doesn't allow for this in our budget right now. I explained I'd get this paid as soon as we can and canceled this last service appointment that I happened to see them schedule in my email - my request for text alerts went ignored ... which would have been today ... so instead they sent someone to leave a door hanger on my door announcing to anyone who saw it that we had a past due balance! And they know we know we have that. I've already been in contact with them over that fact. So that was completely unnecessary & uncalled for. When our budget can accommodate future service - it won't be with them. Tanner, if you read this, if you go with another company let me know.
