The two young ladies came on time and seemed to be doing what was asked of them per the quote... dusting, vacuuming, washing floors, cleaning bathrooms, etc. I took a quick look around and everything seemed to be in order. But the next day, I checked the kitchen floor and under the shelf units and under the secretary and the hutch and they were still dirty and clearly had not been done. I spoke with the owner, who questioned my manner of checking the kitchen floor and was going to send the girls back over, but I declined that offer. I had already redone the cleaning myself. Then later in the week, I dropped an earring under my bed and had to retrieve it with the ceiling fan broom and found a ton of dust under my bed (see the pic below). And more was discovered under my dresser and under the night stands!! I also thought it was odd that there were no vacuum marks on the rug in my husband's office. I sent the picture of the dust in an email to the owner and asked for a refund of one hour of work, $42, because it was clear that the job was poorly done and I was going to have to do it all myself. At 70 years of age and having many medical issues this year, the cleaning service was a welcome helper (or so I thought!). Instead of an apology from the owner, today, I received a check for $42, and written in the memo line was " extortion, unrealistic expectations".!!! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone as they do not know how to conduct business nor do they know how to treat their customers!!
