I have used Maid In Amarillo cleaning services for over five years starting in 2016. At first they were very good and did a great job. Then slowly there services went from okay to bad. They started using strong chemicals that made my eyes water and caused problems with my allergies. I told the owner Clarabell and she had it corrected. Then there were different ladies coming to clean each time, not the same ones. Then they were coming an hour or more late. Sometimes they would call but most of the time I did the calling. The owner later would call and want to change dates and time. This became a frequent routine with this company. There cleaning became terrible to say the leas. Just before I stopped using them two of the employees were starting there own maid service and handing out business cards. I told the owner Clarabel but didn't make much of a difference. Now she wants to branch out and clean the inside of your vehicle. She needs to do a better job of cleaning homes first. I don't like writing negative reviews but I felt people who are considering using Maid In Amarillo would be wise to go with another company. Gary read more

They do a fabulous job! I've used them twice for moving out of places. I am always a bit jealous I'm not staying behind to enjoy the spotless apartment they just finished cleaning. They are very flexible and accommodating. You can schedule service completely online if that appeals to you. I hate cleaning so I feel the value for the service they provide. I used this company for a move-in cleaning which included all routine cleaning plus windows, shutters, lights, fans, baseboards, insides of cabinets and drawers, and oven. Every inch was cleaned beyond my expectations, and they waited for me to inspect their work before leaving, saying they would re-do anything that was not satisfactory. You don't pay until the work is finished. Very professional and the house went from smelling like dog to daisies. So so pleased with the quality of work, communication and professionalism from this company and will definitely use them again in the future!! read more

You would not believe the attention to detail that the cleaners from Maid-in-Amarillo !!! It was super easy to book online but I called because I wanted to know more. After speaking with the owner (very pleasant and intelligent) I was sold. They guided me to exactly what I needed. They arrived a few minutes early and set to work. We were so excited to have these amazing women clean our home! My mom was having knee surgery and hadn't been able to get around for quite a while so there was A LOT of dust. They did a very thorough job - every nook and cranny and dusted a lot of knick knack shelves with great care and detail. They even put everything back in place perfectly!!! Who does that??? These cleaners do! Everything they touched was amazing when they left. This company was also very easy to get set up and follow through with online.
