We called them and they assured us they would be out to get the front yard and sides; I received a text the tech was there to perform the tasks, EXACTLY 1 minute later I received a text he was done! He had ran the aerator around the tree where there was no grass so it would appear to have been done!!!! No other area was aerated!!! You do NOT want to use True Green for your lawn service!!!! We requested a TOTAL refund, hopefully they will actually get that done!!

She told us about it and all the crazy things about iron deficiency that this person was trying to sell her on expensive services. Seemed so blatantly predatory. Pics added to show our lawn and trees. The trees were planted a year ago. Theyre not dead at all by a long shot. The lawn is green as green can get. Its just wrong to go door to door and target older people with this stuff. Edit: Several of my neighbors are reporting multiple unsolicited door to door visits being pursued for expensive services telling us that even though our neighborhood is about 1 year old at most, that the fresh sod and trees are basically all dying or dead. Seriously. They're not. And seriously..not cool at all. Not the door to door, but being deceptive is what's not cool.
