It was a tough job because these notebook components are extremely compact, and in this case, the memory drive was small and had a proprietary interface so I just couldn't drop it into my desktop and pull all of files. What a surprise to hear from Cat-Man-Du that they could retrieve my personal information off my drive! Pictures, documents, music, everything! I learned 2 things from working with this computer repair shop; 1) Save yourself the hassle and pay these guys for their expertise in getting your computer issue resolved. Use the time you save tinkering on you computer to spend it with your family instead. 2) I am never buying a darn ultrabook ever again! Those pieces of crap are not worth my money.

I called Catmandu and spoke to Sebastian on the phone and he was amazing. He listened to the problem an explained to me what the possible problems could be. He was nice enough to let me bring it in and take a quick look at it to see if it would need extensive repair or completely out of service. After looking at it within a couple minutes he was able to get it back up and running. The guys are amazing and their customer service is second to none.This experience not only made my company a life long customer but I will also personally use them exclusively. I recommend anyone that has computer issues to call these guys. They know their stuff and know what customer service is. Customer service is a dying art but they are keeping it alive and thriving!!!! They were worried because they did not know where they were. They searched the area for a tire service place. express tire came up. The owners came out to help them after hours just to make sure they were safe and that their car tire was fixed. Not only were they given quick and amazing service, you could not beat the price. My dad said he was shocked at how reasonable the cost was. My parents said the individuals who fixed their tire were such great and kind people.
