They have a teenage boy working the floor who didn't know what a two piece vs three piece was and couldn't answer a singular definitive question. The rest of the staff was also telling us that they were new and could not help because they didn't know anything. I'm just a little bit lost as to how they do training or what is the point of having people work the store? Why not just order online if we can't get help? I think they just didn't know how to work the system and instead of calling us, they let us show up and do nothing. Waste of time.

I brought in 13 pairs of my children's jeans--mostly Levi's 501s worth well over $1,100--expecting them to be professionally cleaned and returned in the same condition. Instead, every single pair was shrunk to the point that my children can no longer wear them. On top of that, 3 pairs were visibly damaged. These were the only jeans my children had, and because of this, they've been forced to wear sweatpants while I've been trying to get this situation resolved. I contacted Dutch Cleaners the very next day, I spoke to Ashley the part owner and brought the jeans back, folded them, and gave them every opportunity to make this right. Instead of communicating with me or providing any resolution, I've felt ignored, dismissed, and not taken seriously. I was told I would be called back but yeah, no call, I have emailed them.But yet no response, I have filled out the form they asked me to fill out when there was damage clothing. It has been two weeks since I took my clothes. And no response of how they are gonna make this right. As a first-time customer, I expected professionalism, care, and basic customer service--especially when trusting someone with expensive clothing for my children. There is a service desk that does more laundering service for you. Once you buy a card for $1 anything you put on there is nonrefundable. Roughly a cycle cost $3.25 medium load for basic wash, and drying is 0.25 for 5 min on high or 8 min on medium. I found that 16 min on medium worked for my medium/large load.
