An older gentleman took my order, asked me questions about what I wanted done, and even made some good small talk. I gave him 8 dress shirts, and received back 8 dress shirts, each having been cleaned and pressed for $2.25. I thought this was pretty good, though the pressing left a little to be desired on a couple of the shirts. I considered going somewhere else for the next experience, to see if they might do a better job, but darn if Doche isn't right on the way to the dog park from my house. On my second visit, I waited for a minute or two for someone to appear at the counter to take my name, etc. A hurried woman asked me my name, put it on my dry cleaning bag, then said, "Okay" and went back to what she was doing. I had given her 8 shirts, just like the first time. BUT, the next day when I went to pick them up, it was almost THREE TIMES the original price. Hear me out: same shirts, less customer service, now $6.05/shirt. I had to do a triple take. Not sure what they did differently, other than charged me for "Blouses" instead of "Shirts" -- that seems to be the only difference between the two tags. Anyway, "Meh. I've experienced better" seems like an appropriate descriptor for this interaction. If you don't want to end up arguing about prices or the nature of each piece of your clothing, you might just try somewhere else. I know that's what I'm going to do.

However, they did not, and by not doing so the pocket material could not be moved out of the way. The patches are sewn thru the liner AND the pockets making the pockets useless. I would not recommend taking your vest here unless you can speak directly to the person doing the work.

I didn't know I was missing a pair of my pants until weeks later when I was getting ready to go out of town. I get back in town go up there let them know I'm missing my pants. They said the owner will call me. He never did. I go up there again talk to an employee and she says she gave me all of my pants back. I go home check again and I have pants that don't belong to me so I take them back left them with a employee and she tells me one of the girls mixed everyone's pants and it's been a mess and that the owner will call me back. He never did. I gave them plenty of time to find my pants or make it right. After multiple trips up there it was the same thing over and over that the owner will call me back. He never did. Now they tell me I never dropped off the original pants they lost or the pants that was in my bag that was not mine. They never had any intention on replacing my pants. Just the run around like I aint have nothing better to do with my time then to go up there multiple times about some pants that I supposedly never brought to them.

In their front loading washers I put my True Grit Sherpa jacket in on a cold wash, upon waiting for water to start so I can add my detergent I notice steam coming out of the top indicating very hot water, I hit the emergency stop and explain what is happening to the clerk working, with which she responded "yeah it takes a minute for it to stop" nothing else, absolutely no courtesy for the fact their machine almost ruined my clothing, no apology, no anything. Very poor customer service for a familiar face if you're asking me, considering there was no care that the machine is malfunctioning. Lucky I caught it in time and saved my expensive jacket that was gifted to me.
