I took some cloths there. My wife went to pick them up brought them home and hung them in the closet. I didn't know I was missing a pair of my pants until weeks later when I was getting ready to go out of town. I get back in town go up there let them know I'm missing my pants. They said the owner will call me. He never did. I go up there again talk to an employee and she says she gave me all of my pants back. I go home check again and I have pants that don't belong to me so I take them back left them with a employee and she tells me one of the girls mixed everyone's pants and it's been a mess and that the owner will call me back. He never did. I gave them plenty of time to find my pants or make it right. After multiple trips up there it was the same thing over and over that the owner will call me back. He never did. Now they tell me I never dropped off the original pants they lost or the pants that was in my bag that was not mine. They never had any intention on replacing my pants. Just the run around like I aint have nothing better to do with my time then to go up there multiple times about some pants that I supposedly never brought to them. read more

What started out as a negative experience turned around today due to the owner Randy. I had dropped off four of my husbands suit pants on Monday to be dry cleaned. I went the next day to pick them up and they said they were not ready yet. Then again the next day but this time I was told they could not find the items. I called Randy first thing this morning and he was very helpful and was going to do whatever it took to make it right. By 5pm he called to say they did find the pants under a different name. He did not charge me for them either. During the process I was not going to write a postive review but because of how Randy handled things it spoke volumes about his customer service. Mistakes sometimes are made but he did not pass the blame off to anyone else. He only did what he could to fix the problem and that means a lot to me as a customer. read more
