Overall- I appreciate the diligence their team provides when you have your fine jewelry repaired. They are trustworthy, honest, and reliable! When you walk into the store you feel a bit cramped but it's simply because they have so many great cabinets full of authentic diamonds and lovely jewelry, along with cute personal and home items! They were very honest with me on the timing of my repairs and offered estimates before I conclusively decided to repair the rings (or not). I am thankful they're in business and have been for decades in Amarillo, Texas! And I have yet to find a better jewelry cleaner! I overheard them telling a customer that their cleaning process also involves steaming. Wow my rings were returned better than new. I'll be back!

I called Catmandu and spoke to Sebastian on the phone and he was amazing. He listened to the problem an explained to me what the possible problems could be. He was nice enough to let me bring it in and take a quick look at it to see if it would need extensive repair or completely out of service. After looking at it within a couple minutes he was able to get it back up and running. The guys are amazing and their customer service is second to none.This experience not only made my company a life long customer but I will also personally use them exclusively. I recommend anyone that has computer issues to call these guys. They know their stuff and know what customer service is. Customer service is a dying art but they are keeping it alive and thriving!!!!
