Bought my first car here trusting them to sell me a great car because it's a dealership not a car from the street ever since I bought the car magically after the 30 days warranty was over everything started to mess up but since the warranty was over they couldn't help me. The battery died exactly when I finish test driving it and they installed a "new" battery but the battery that was installed was a normal car battery and not a hybrid battery and it fried the hybrid engine battery didn't know this till a mechanic came to see my car and told me that and now Luis doesn't want to pick up any of our phone calls or avoid speaking to use because he's to busy with a client or he's not there as "nice" as he is when you have a problem he is no where to be found. I have to pay out of pocket to a KIA dealership to help me because this dealership GLADLY sells you a car but won't help you if you ever have a problem so save your money and don't buy a car here. The mechanic told us this was the 4th car from that dealership he has found MAJOR problems with. Update: No extended warranty was EVER offered if that was the case I would have purchase it because how often I was going to the dealership ever since I bought it. Try looking at the cameras and tell me if that's not true. All the phone calls I made and all the messages I left I have all the proof you guys need. I have all the receipts of all the times I did maintenance on my car so trying to blame me for whatever is going on with my car just shows how you guys don't care. A year and a half and my car is complete dead from the hybrid battery engine that you guys cried because you guys put in a "new battery" that fried the other battery and that's our fault? You guys knew that car had problems and now are blaming us since you guys have the money already there is "nothing you can do" I'll take my business elsewhere with this car before you guys take my money again and mess up the car. Drove all the way from San Diego to look at the 2017 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid that they have listed for $20,588. I test drove the car to a diagnostic center. There I found out that this car has a pending O2 sensor code which means the dealership just removed the code without fixing the problem.Then when I got back, I got treated like straight shit. I hate being rushed and I hate when a dealership hides problems and just clear the codes. If you are looking to buy a vehicle from this place. TAKE IT TO A DIAGNOSTIC CENTER and have them put it up to a computer or just never buy a car from this shitty dealership. Also there is a huge scratch on the back passenger door and the tires are bald. Also they needed to jump the car before I could even pull off to test drive it. Update... 2006 Dodge Durango I bought in January broke down on me twice.. Took it to a mechanic and was told the transmission blew! I have two cars so I didn't drive the Dodge so car wasn't driven hard. Luis at Unique auto told me I was on my own since it was 10 days pass warranty ... We communicated with their sales department and requested an out the door pricing for an SUV. We were attempting to do a cash purchase and wanted to verify the final bill. They automatically included a 'Theft Deterrent' of $999 which we requested to be removed in order to move forward. After the salesman came back they offered the 'Theft Deterrent' (Which we were told was Lojack) price could only be lowered to $595. Again we stated that we do not want Lojack on our vehicle and to have it removed. This 'Theft Deterrent' is not required by any law and they were unwilling to have it removed. Make sure you ask for the out the door pricing prior to purchasing and if they will not take the device off, I'd recommend walking away. In the end, we have decided to go to another location and purchase another SUV without this sales scam of including a 'must purchase' add-on. read more

Make sure to keep things documented with these people! Customer service was great the day I went in to purchase the car and the next two times I had to bring it in. What wasn't great was the fact that I had brought my car in about 3 times for the seat that was broken when I purchased the car and before I bought it was told that the seat would be fixed. All 3 times my car was there I mentioned how the seat kept coming off he said they "fixed it" but the second we would sit down on the driver seat or someone would sit in the back behind the driver seat it would immediately fall off. I kept telling him this and he never once said that it would need a seat replacement. Fast forward about 2 months after purchasing the car my alternator that was already supposed to be repaired from the previous time I brought it in on September 24th had already went out again? So when I did bring it in again I mentioned the seat and how it keeps falling off which he told me his mechanic did everything he could and I would need a ENTIRE new seat but why wasn't this mentioned the first THREE times I brought it in? And then wants to tell me to take care of it myself even though that was not promised when we purchased the car. He was extremely rude about it telling me to take accountability for my car when he couldn't even take accountability for what he said he was going to fix BEFORE purchasing the vehicle. Wanted to fight with me and try to compete with who was paying more when I asked about a rental car that was supposed to be there for me when I arrived for the alternator to be fixed a second time. I would not recommend buying vehicles from here. Also just wanted to mention the rental they gave me the first time they fixed my alternator was horrible and I ended up getting stranded on the side of the freeway because it was overheating. read more

I've been looking for a 3rd Generation Acura TL for a long time and Unique Auto Center Had the exact car I was looking for. I saw the car advertised online and when I texted about it, Moe was so patient with me. Since I live 1.5 hours away, I asked a 1000 questions and asked for pictures and CarFax and Moe was still patient and responsive. I appreciated his patience a lot. When I got to the dealership, Luis greeted me and quickly got me into the car for a test drive. The car drove Like-New for a 136,000 mile car. Interior is 10/10 (for the year) exterior 8/10 and mechanically it checked out with flying colors. It only needed your average 100,000 miles service such as Transmission Flush, timing belt and water pump. I'm enjoying this beautiful black/Black 05 Acura TL like no other. As I was pulling out he yelled at me "F....Off Fag..t.. ( very professional that's why I am writing this review for persons to be aware of this guy he is not professional at all, he acts like it but you can tell he is not by the cheap 20 dollar pair of sneakers and the fake screwed up smile. Looked online for a 2016 Lexus CT200H and went there to check it out and maybe buy.. first, when we inspected the car, the tires were bad and one of them was missing a big chunk. We got on the car to test drive and it wont start. They had to jump it. Mind you, I made an appointment couple of days ago for a head start. Once they had it jumped, there was no gas on the car and had to wait another 15 minutes to fill it up... once we got in, the dashboard indicated there was no key and the tire traction light was on. How much wrong can go on... we sat with Hernando and just to avoid the hustle with pricing, he did not even offer the best pricing they have..
