We made an appointment on Monday afternoon to test drive a car for Tuesday afternoon. We got a confirmation email that the car was still available and our test drive appointment was confirmed. We drove about an 1-1/2 hours to get there. A salesman came out and we told him we were here for our test-drive appointment for the car. The salesman said "Oh, that sold on Saturday". I told him that we had a confirmed appointment with the confirmation stating the car was still available. He said, "Oh yeah, that system is about two days behind". His attitude was like "oh well". BTW, as of this review, the car still shows available for sale on their website. UPDATE: On Thursday, we received an email from Shadi A saying "Hey idiot next time confirm the car was there. . . . next time confirm u idiot." (see attached snapshot). BTW, we did confirm and we got a "confirmation" from this dealer. Almost a week after the car was sold, it's STILL listed for sale. We dodged a bullet by not buying from these clowns. read more

The good: So thankfully the car I bought is mechanically sound, it is a Honda so it speaks by itself. The bad: Overall they try to act nice but they defenitely do not have the customer in mind. I am not too mechanically inclined but I tried to do my homework and checked what I could (tires, oil, refrigerant, et). I had to really put up a fight just to get the advertised priced. They wanted to add a 900 finance fee, 600 gap(they claimed it was mandatory to get credit), security locks. Even though I found them through Amex car buying, they wouldn't take my Amex card. But I still feel I overplayed due to the cosmetic issues I later found. There where things I did not catch in the car until someone else pointed them out (spray paint in the back internal walls like they tried to fix some scratches, no mats, broken fog light, broken tailgate light, no sun shade on one of the doors, car shakes when braking hard (seems to be a common Honda issue but still needs fixing) , only one key.) Should have asked for a lower price or to get those items fixed. But the worst part was how they tried to convince me they were helping me get approved because of my less than stellar credit and how I was put down a couple times. I mentioned how I did not care about the monthly payment but the overall price as I intended to pay it down faster, and he said, you will not pay it faster. And then tried other sales tactics. I should have left but it was the 4th car I saw, I liked it, mechanically was good, and I just wanted a car for my growing family. I would go back and try to get some things fixed, but I just want to forget about the experience and stop wasting time with these guys. Thankfully the issues are all cosmetic and I will eventually get them fixed. Anyway, they might have decent cars, but they are used cars. Make sure you go with good knowledge of what you are looking at. Take a mechanic with you if possible. Be ready to be aggressive with your negotiations. And if you don't feel comfortable walk away don't make the same mistake I made. read more

Going into this dealership my group had a vehicle in stock that we were interested in prior to arriving. We had called to see if it was still available and a guy named Auggie told us it was and he'll be here to help us today if we wanted. Arrived and met with him, he showed us the car and features and gave us some time to take a look as well as test drive it. Now we liked it but weren't crazy on the price but him and another guy named Sam (not the owner but maybe will be, rooting for you man) took us inside to their office to take a look at some numbers. After taking a look at some numbers of financing and/or cash. We eventually got to a number we both could agree on. Mid talks we expressed issues we had with the vehicles state and they were quick to come up with either solutions or changes to the vehicle or price. I felt pretty comfortable despite trying to find a middle ground (probably was all the jokes me and Sam were making back and forth throughout the conversation, good talks). After shaking hands on a number we could agree on, they left us with some paper to sign as well as CarFax and information about the transaction while Auggie went to get the car in order (one of them being the tires which were treaded out but they were willing to switch them out for us for one with newer treads). My only gripe with the entire transaction was the auto theft detection fee. BUT, this doesn't really change my rating. Sam explained it's a device that's installed on all cars that come into the lot so they can't remove it both the device or cost wise. To the customer or person about to read this and say "how come they don't tell you about this?!?" They do in some way. There is a disclaimer on their website about this (granted my party found this car not from their website so we didn't know but it's a on their page so can't really argue with that, smart they have it in the first place). It's not listed on the initial price listed but we liked our deal enough to proceed so I'm going to let you decide how y'all wanna proceed from there. Papers signed, pictures taken (I didn't which is why there's no post about it here), hands shaken (if you're ok with that, don't shake if you ain't comfortable I guess I dunno). Keys in hands, drove it to Arizona immediately after and have had no complications so far. I'm happy with the experience we had as well as chatting it up with Auggie & Sam about either car stuff or just random things. They've been number 1 on CarGurus for years and they really showed it. I had a fairly good experience except at the closing when they added several thousand's in extras and said they would not sell me the vehicle unless I purchased at least one extra. I did not want a LoJack but they said it was already installed so I had to pay for it. The practices were a bit deceptive, but the car is so nice and I love it. I have not had any problems with my vehicle. However, I probably would not purchase from this dealer again. I had to raise my voice at the sales closer because he put heavy pressure for me to make a fast decision. I had to basically yell at him to back off. read more

Went to go check out a car on Saturday. Wasn't taken seriously as a young lady of course by any of the sales men. Not sure if they thought I was broke or dumb or both or just can't take a young woman seriously. Auggie was the one who "helped". Also said there was an OPTIONAL extended warranty I could buy. Sales guy wasn't knowledgeable about the car. Went back Sunday with my FIL and all of the sudden it's "hey boss how's it going!" with a huge smile and he was taken seriously and only speaking/making eye contact with him. Decide okay I like the car I want it. Sit down to sign and all the sudden there's a MANDATORY $3K extended warranty that I HAVE to get and won't be taken off. Warranty wasn't that great anyway 3 years/40K miles. Supposedly mandatory for all their vehicles. When we asked why the warranty wasn't reflected in the price they said because then car gurus would say it's a bad deal. Yeah it's car gurus' fault lol. No! A bad deal is a bad deal.
