Francisco is the best! I brought my Honda CRV in here twice within the past few months for two different types of repairs. The first was some minor body work on my door and wheel well. They were able to turn my car back around in under week with it looking brand new! This morning I noticed scrape on my door from when one of my co-workers had borrowed my car a few days ago. Francisco took a look at my car and within minutes was buffing it out. He brought my car back to me in under an hour and even worked out a few other problem areas on my car. I took my vehicle here after I got hit the my pasanger side of the vehicle. They did a great job on fixing the damage as well as fixing some extra scratches that were not related to the incident. The one issues that arose was that the day I got my vehicle back, with a few hours my door drivers door handle stopped working. I took it back and they said that a wire from the door broke but that it wasn't on the side of the impact so they could not cover the cost. Thankfully, the supervisor there was going to do me the favor by fixing it as long as I bought the broken wire myself. So all in all, the service there is good and quick. read more

I ended up at Unicar in March with Geico coverage from the guy that hit my Beetle. Garen was very responsive with the estimate and told me it might take awhile because parts were difficult to get. He called me after a couple of weeks waiting and said he was ready to do the repair. The repair took a month. About a week after receiving the repaired car I noticed that the fender did not align properly. I dropped it off again and Garen said "no problem" , he would fix it. I don't write too many Yelp reviews. Most places are "okay". If I went into this place, got my car fixed, then went home, I would not be here. BUT. Everyone at this place was so helpful, they are very deserving of high praise. I'm a teacher, so I could only get there a bit before closing. I raced over, and instead of them rushing through everything, they took the time to explain to me everything that needed fixing. There were some very complicated insurance issues too, but they were easily resolved by everyone here. It's a really helpful place. They even wash my car inside & out! My car never smell this fresh. Brought my car in after an accident, it took only a few days to fix the whole back. When I went in to pick it up, they drove it out onto the foyer. I was saying," where? Where? I can't see it." LOL They had to point it out while walking towards it. I literally did not recognize my car, it was like new and very clean like when I first brought it home from the dealership. WORST WORST place ever Tiny office so unorganized even after I called in to have my files ready took them twenty min to find when they were in a complete different desk... my car light was the only thing needed to be fixed turning out to be 10,000$ staying one month in this junk yard I could not believe it my car rental costed me 700$ out of POCKET because they took longer than they said here I truly don't recommend this place whatsoever and staff doesn't care about your issues and worst of all they added the wrong light on my Kia Optima LEGIT added a newer vehicles light shake my head!!! My lights are completely different one is 2016 and the other is 2018 so much brighter with led dots in a row the other side has no dots how embarrassing. read more

I got into an accident and had substantial damage to my front bumper, hood, lights, windshield, and roof. I filed a claim with my insurance and decided to schedule an inspection with Unicar Auto Body. I've never filed a claim with insurance or had to get my car fixed at an auto body shop, but Unicar made it extremely easy! They were easy to work with from the moment that I called to bring my car in. They let me bring it in anytime during working hours which I did. I had no idea that when I took it in I was going to hand my car over to begin repairs. Upon arrival, they called for a rental car pickup, which they worked through with my insurance, and assured me they would repair all damages. The process was extremely easy! I was in and out of there and picked up my rental car in no time. A week later my car was ready. I dropped of my rental car and got a ride back to the shop. I was worried on how it would turn out as I've heard many horror stories of other auto body shops through friends and families. However, my car looked and was in amazing shape! All damages were fixed and the car was practically brand new. I did a very detailed inspection and couldn't even even tell that my car was previously hit. I couldn't thank Unicar enough for doing an amazing job. Extremely happy to have my car back in such a quick turnaround and amazing condition. Car was even washed and detailed which I greatly appreciated. I really appreciate Unicar for making the process extremely easy and in how kind they were through the entire process. The first thing, this shop is poor service, poor quality, no experience and no guarantee. 100% you will get high fee, and your car has more problems after they repair. I'm sure that they will tell you leave car right here and they call back to you when the car done. But you don't know what happen in there when you leave this car here. They really don't fix anything while you leave car here or maybe they broke more details in car. Only God knows what happen. This shop is not safe. Their job was very sloppy. Finally, pay 550~650$ or higher. Depending to amount money they want to take. Mother fucker. Instead of sending your cars to here, you should bring car to another shop or direct to the dealer.
