With that said, here I go. From the moment, I worked with them about 12 days ago, they have been NOTHING but A+ professional. From coming all the way to look at my car when it was at another shop. To following up several times with updates via phone, and doing nothing until I gave the okay! They have TRULY gone ABOVE AND BEYOND, and when I got my car back, the paint matched perfectly, and they thoroughly cleansed and detailed my car inside and out. Come to find out Uni-Car, the last person who touched my car did not put all the bolts on my car to hold my bumper and the face of my ride on! Are you kidding me?!?!?!?! Please, you have been warned! I don't write too many Yelp reviews. Most places are "okay". If I went into this place, got my car fixed, then went home, I would not be here. BUT. Everyone at this place was so helpful, they are very deserving of high praise. I'm a teacher, so I could only get there a bit before closing. I raced over, and instead of them rushing through everything, they took the time to explain to me everything that needed fixing. There were some very complicated insurance issues too, but they were easily resolved by everyone here. It's a really helpful place. Despite the delay on parts which pushed back the time it took for my card to get fixed, Garen, the guy in charge, took good car of the car. They even wash my car inside & out! My car never smell this fresh. Brought my car in after an accident, it took only a few days to fix the whole back. When I went in to pick it up, they drove it out onto the foyer. I was saying," where? Where? I can't see it." LOL They had to point it out while walking towards it. There weren't that many cars out since it was close to 6pm at their closing. I literally did not recognize my car, it was like new and very clean like when I first brought it home from the dealership. WORST WORST place ever Tiny office so unorganized even after I called in to have my files ready took them twenty min to find when they were in a complete different desk... my car light was the only thing needed to be fixed turning out to be 10,000$ staying one month in this junk yard I could not believe it my car rental costed me 700$ out of POCKET because they took longer than they said here I truly don't recommend this place whatsoever and staff doesn't care about your issues and worst of all they added the wrong light on my Kia Optima LEGIT added a newer vehicles light shake my head!!! My lights are completely different one is 2016 and the other is 2018 so much brighter with led dots in a row the other side has no dots how embarrassing. read more

I got into an accident and had substantial damage to my front bumper, hood, lights, windshield, and roof. I filed a claim with my insurance and decided to schedule an inspection with Unicar Auto Body. I've never filed a claim with insurance or had to get my car fixed at an auto body shop, but Unicar made it extremely easy! They were easy to work with from the moment that I called to bring my car in. They let me bring it in anytime during working hours which I did. I had no idea that when I took it in I was going to hand my car over to begin repairs. Upon arrival, they called for a rental car pickup, which they worked through with my insurance, and assured me they would repair all damages. The process was extremely easy! I was in and out of there and picked up my rental car in no time. A week later my car was ready. I dropped of my rental car and got a ride back to the shop. I was worried on how it would turn out as I've heard many horror stories of other auto body shops through friends and families. However, my car looked and was in amazing shape! All damages were fixed and the car was practically brand new. I did a very detailed inspection and couldn't even even tell that my car was previously hit. I couldn't thank Unicar enough for doing an amazing job. Extremely happy to have my car back in such a quick turnaround and amazing condition. Car was even washed and detailed which I greatly appreciated. I really appreciate Unicar for making the process extremely easy and in how kind they were through the entire process. The first thing, this shop is poor service, poor quality, no experience and no guarantee. 100% you will get high fee, and your car has more problems after they repair. I'm sure that they will tell you leave car right here and they call back to you when the car done. But you don't know what happen in there when you leave this car here. They really don't fix anything while you leave car here or maybe they broke more details in car. Only God knows what happen. This shop is not safe. Their job was very sloppy. As an auto express shop I was able to book the appointment through the insurance and set up a rental car. The rental car was there when I arrived making an already stressful situation less stressful. I brought my F250 Crew cab XLT to Unicar Auto Body as I needed to fix a self inflicted dent I put on it when parking our travel trailor. Our truck is a beauty but this dent needed to go away. I got a quote from Service King Auto Body at $3500.00. Garen with Unicar quoted me just under $1400.00. I'm trying to avoid the insurance company so this Unicar quote seemed perfect. Garen asked his dent guru if this dent is possible to pull out because Service King said the entire fender needed to be replaced. Garen looked me in the eye and said I would never be able to tell this dent ever happened. He said he doesn't like using Bondo as his dent guru said he can pull this out with only minimal Bondo. I agreed with the quote and in 1 week had the truck back. Our truck looks better than when it was new. These guys are the Best of the Best.
