The service was sooooo bad. There were two of us getting take-out. Not busy. We ordered two burgers and two orders of fries. We asked for napkins and mustard. The worker seemed completely disinterested in her job, her customers, her world. She put ONE single napkin in the bag and ONE packet of mustard. (Who would do this???) It was just too bad that we were far away by the time we opened the bag and found that we would have the pleasure of sharing one single napkin to sop up the grease of two burgers and fries from our hands. Not to mention sharing one little packet of mustard between us. What kills me is that we specifically asked for napkins and mustard. We tried the lamb and bison burgers. Both were fantastic. The lemon on the lamb burger... such a good choice. But I think the bison burger with the bacon was my favorite. The burgers here are perfectly fine, if not a little overhyped for all of the publicity that this place got a few years ago. They have some nice variety in what they offer, but we found both the classic and the Mediterranean lamb burgers to be a little bland. The fries were also a little on the underwhelming side for us, they weren't particularly seasoned. Also they were fried kind of uneven and they stuck together. Not crunchy at all. One highlight was the strawberry lemonade though! Would recommend trying the lemonade it's not too sweet and very refreshingly. The location itself has sparse parking on the lot, but if you pull into the residential neighborhood a block over there is plenty of free parking. Monday lunch. Had to park a block down on a side street--not too far, and free. BBQ burger was so good! I ordered it medium rare and it came out closer to medium, fine with me, still yum. Kale salad was bad--so sour. tasted like they just squeezed a lemon for dressing. Disappointing $4 side salad. Cheese curds. I order you to order these. So yum. I had some friends in town, had my eye on Uneeda Burger for a while, heard lots of great reviews, I was ready for a delicious burger and fun atmosphere! I ordered the classic burger with cheddar cheese & a fried egg and shared a side of the garlic cheese fries. I will say - the burger was DELICIOUS. The meat was cooked to perfection, a good medium rare, juicy, and full of flavor. Overall, just a great and classic burger. For the price, I was definitely impressed, and would come back for more and to try their other signature burgers. I would say the only item that wasn't as impressive were the garlic cheese fries - I was expecting a little more... cheese? While I would've been very happy with melted gooeyness, I would've also been happy with parmesan flakes. However, the cheese was more of a dusted cheese and I just felt that there was a lack of garlic flavor in the fries overall. We went here for the first time this week for take away, it was very quick and easy. About 10-20 min from order to pick up. We ordered 2 mushroom burgers and added bacon to one, plus regular fries, sweet potato fries and onion rings. The burger was nice and juicy, nicely cooked (medium is their default) the potato bun was great and sturdy - soaking up the burger juices. The bacon was a little underwhelming - it is $2+ and hardly noticeable in the burger. The fries were delicious - we asked for extra crispy which they certainly followed. It earned it's place in our line-up after a high recommendation from a good, local friend who lives up the road in the Phinney neighborhood. Ambiance: The hipster vibe is strong among these wooden walls with exposed ceiling, hanging metal lamps, and pipe space separators. Enter from the side, past the outdoor patio with garage door opening up to the indoor patio, to find limited decorations on the walls, the menu taking up the majority of wall real estate. Cramped seating abounds throughout the dining area and into the - surprisingly warm - indoor patio, where we took our seats and awaited the good stuff to come. What I ordered: In our party of four (plus a little one), we shared the Garlic Cheese Fries ($5) and the Chili & Cheese Fries ($6). The purist among us ordered the 1/4 pound Classic with Romaine, tomato, pickles and special sauce alongside an order of the Hand-Cut Fries ($2.75), and accompanied by a Strawberry Shake. My husband and our other dining companion each selected the BBQ Smash ($9) with charred onions, bacon, cheddar and BBQ sauce. For all the hype (just ranked as best burger place in a Seattle Times reader's poll), this is merely a good burger place - not in my opinion the best in town. The burger was fine, thick and well presented. I could have done without shredded lettuce on top (a whole leaf would have been far better). At $5, a burger seems a bargain - but by the time you add the fixings (cheddar cheese, bacon) that's up to $8. The onion rings were good (tempura style), though again, not the best in town. The vanilla shake was quite good, but pricey ($6 for the shake, another 50-cents for vanilla) - and I don't get the two-part pricing (really guys?). Uneeda has a ton of variety from burgers to sandwiches to salads to veggie burgers. You can make any dish gluten free too! I came here on a weekday with my fiancé and Uneeda was quite busy. We were amazed by all the options, but decided to do the BBQ Smash and my fiancé got the Classic Burger. The BBQ Smash was delicious, but sweet onions and an overly sweet BBQ sauce made for a little too much sweetness for my liking. My fiancé had no complaints about the burger since it was so basic, and loved the fries as well. The space had plenty of tables inside and on their covered patio, which they open when the weather is nice outside. It's also a pretty loud space and tight squeeze when it's busy, so be aware of that. Definitely a place to check out soon! Can't wait to be back in! read more

I finally got to try Uneeda Burger this past weekend, and it was pretty good. I had the veggie burger with sweet potato fries. The fries came with a yogurt dill dip that was absolutely delicious! The veggie burger was also really good, however some ingredient in it was very, very hot (temperature-wise). I think it was the inside of the patty since the patty appeared deep-fried. Either way, it burned my lip pretty bad, so that sucked! My husband had the burger with the bacon on it (I forget the name, it was the second one on the list) and regular fries. He thought it was pretty good, but greasy. He really liked the fries and also thought the burger was pretty good. The restaurant itself is casual; you order at the counter and they bring it out to you, and you bus your own table. The service was fast and friendly, and everything was clean. I find the prices to be a bit high for what you get ($10 for a burger a la carte), but that's typical in Seattle. read more

Why have to come to a window twice for no reason ALSO NO Postmate orders of any kind so if your trying to support them by getting something delivered don't bother. Update: No the dude was flat out rude and also made no mention of that's ONLY how your taking orders he was rude about not taking Postmate orders when i told him I had someone outside to pick up my order and even when he answered the phone still rude. Still no excuse and again I figure in these times you would want all the business you can get I have ate here before but wouldn't go back it's not that good to begin with I'll go somewhere who wants my business. None of this sifting through "trendy" names followed by lists of ingredients and then customizing the shit out of whatever option you decide has most of what you want. If you're not the build your own type, still come! They also have their own concoctions to choose from lower on the menu. I went with a double patty w cheese and it didn't disappoint. Nice size patties, good texture and flavor packed between a classic sesame bun. Their beer selection is great and I think happy hour is $2 off drafts which is what all happy hours should be yet I can rarely find in Seattle (my favorite guy let me know that the pint was cheaper than the schooner when I ordered ;) thanks dude). They have a whooolee sauce list, probably 15 to choose from for dipping or adding to your burger. It's petty they charge $.25 but whatever, it's fun to hand someone a quarter in 2019 and get something in return. All of that is to say I would come here alone and read. Easy to order online and food was ready upon arrival only 10 minutes from ordering. Tough to get fresh and hot with drive time of 10 minutes back home. Miss eating as food comes off the grill. Review from a person with celiac disease: When I get a craving for a burger, my first stop is Uneeda even though it's not in my neighborhood. They have both a gluten free bun and a lettuce wrap option, and I've gotten both options for over three years now without ever getting sick. I always get a regular cheeseburger, but some of their other burgers have add-ons that may not be gluten free, such as the shoestring potatoes. Make sure you ask about all of the ingredients so they can assist you. They will change gloves and separate ingredients as best they can to accommodate your order. For sides, they have a separate fryer for fries - both regular fries and sweet potato fries. I don't normally like sweet potato fries, but these ones are salty enough that I love them, too. Be aware that some of their milkshakes have gluten ingredients so if someone orders a shake that contains Oreos or something, the machine will contain gluten traces. Sadly these were the worst onion rings I've ever had. The batter was extremely thick, there was actually a huge clump of raw flour in one of them. The onions weren't cooked all the way and the rings generally lacked flavor. The truffle aioli also tasted very strongly of horseradish, which isn't my personal preference. My first time at Uneeda Burger was excellent! The menu has a good amount of choices for burgers and fries. I ordered the Philly burger that had roasted peppers with provolone cheese. The peppers added great flavor to the burger. The burger has 1/3 lb meat and was very filling. I also ordered the garlic cheese fries. It is a large amount of fries. Definitely can be split between 2-4 people. The cheese on the fries is Parmesan and they weren't greasy which was great. They were very good! My friends ordered the chili cheese fries and the bbq smash burger. The chili cheese fries were pretty good. The bbq smash burger was swesome! The bbq sauce is sweet but a little spicy. First time here so I wanted to start with the basic quarter pounder with cheese. No pickles and special sauce on the side. I gotta admit, it was pretty tasty...and I'm not even a fan of burgers. Special sauce was made of pure mayo, so I skipped it. There's tons of other options on the menu. Next time I think I'll try the truffle one! My only complaint is the lack of parking in the area. The family and I needed a break from other stressing issues, so we went for a drive and stopped here upon a recommendation from my brother. We definitely thought the name was very catchy. Great atmosphere and location in the Fremont area. First thing we noticed was the ample amount of seating inside and outside. We were greeted by a friendly staff and the ordering process was very simple. There are the standard menu items or you can custom order a burger. We went with the standard menu items and thoroughly enjoyed the pleasant weather while enjoying our food. The restaurant is an old garage and has a unique seating are with garage doors. I'm assuming during more inclement weather days they would be closed. Overall we were very pleased with our burgers, onion rings, and fries. If I wasn't driving I would've enjoyed some of their local craft beer draft options. I'll need to enjoy that next time I'm in town. I can honestly say I would definitely return here and enjoy a great burger, fries, atmosphere, and a refreshing local craft beer. One of our favorite burger spots in Seattle! I'm afraid to say that I got my 4 year degree from UW and never stopped by this place. Always drove right by it on my way to Paseos lol (Un Bien now). Man, was I missing out! The burgers are a really good size so you'll be plenty full. The burger patties are super juicy and nicely cooked. My favorite is the mushroom burger. My wife likes the standard hamburger with a lettuce wrap, which doesn't sound that great to a carnivore like me, but she says it's the best lettuce wrap hamburger she's ever eaten and I'll take her word for it. The fries and onion rings are great too. A little too oily maybe? But if you're getting a burger, fries and onion rings, you should expect a little grease hangover. This place looks like it was an old garage which I think what makes it cool. Inside its super clean and quite nice. The outside seating area has nice wooden picnic tables but it is enclosed by retractable walls. and wouldve been great if sun and the weather was better. This place is known for their burgers but they have so many other items that at great. Their regular fries and waffle fries had the right amount of nooks to hold the cheese sauce and the gravy. Went here for dinner last night with my wife. Loved the ambiance right off the bat and the service is super friendly. Lots of place to sit even on crowded nights which is good. I got the Crimini Mushrooms which was pretty good. Meat was perfect mid-rare, just how I asked for it and that black truffle salt was heavenly. The mushrooms themselves however were pretty bland and didn't have the flavor punch I was expecting thus making the burger pretty one dimensional. I would most certainly love to add some charred Anaheim peppers to this burger to take it up a notch and balance the flavors. My wife got the Crispy Emmer Veggie Burger(I ate a third of it :P ). It was really good. Extremely fresh veggies, very nice patty and a perfectly toasted bun. It severely lacked seasoning though. They gave us some ranch like sauce on the sides and I'm not sure if that was meant to be with the burger or the fried but we ended up opening up the burger and pouring some of it over the bun and patty after which it tasted perfect. The onion rings were awesome, at least the top 3 on the stack of 5 rings. They were beautifully crisp, perfectly cooked and the onion didn't just slip out on the first bite. The two rings at the bottom however were very greasy and probably got a tad too much salt on the sprinkle. I guess that was accidental though so we let that slide. The sweet potato fries were pretty standard and really good. Overall the food was pretty nice, could use a couple of minor tweaks that I'll keep in mind the next time around. A little pricey considering that they are not exactly gourmet burgers like 8oz but I wouldn't mind going back once in a way. Definitely beats Red Mill, Five Guys, Blue Moon etc. read more

The place was pretty packed by 6 pm and I love how it is essentially a heated hut, especially on the patio portion of the restaurant. It's very homey and local. I ordered the classic burger with cheddar and hand cut fries. The burger selection is fairly big here, but I decided to try the classic since it was my first time.
