This is truly the best pizza my husband & I have ever had. We found this restaurant about a month ago and have been talking about it ever since. The customer service is incredible, everyone is so friendly and they make sure the client is happy. We ordered from them again tonight and had a Mini order mix up and they were quick to fix it and make sure we were taken care of and happy. When you go to uncommon pizza you get AMAZING food and great friendly service, what more can you ask for?!!! Can't wait to go back there is so much more I want to try! read more

We use to love this place. It is in our neighborhood and had decent food and beer. Over the past 6-8 months it would seem that the owner is there much less and the manager has his friends and family join him every night for free beer. These people chain smoke next to the entrance and it creates such a stink that you can't even sit outside on the patio. When they aren't chain smoking they are LOUD inside the restaurant and just really obnoxious with cursing and other crude behavior. Most of the waitstaff seem to know this herd of people so some nights they end up spending more time talking to them than paying attention to the patrons. We use to visit once or twice a week and now maybe because of these obnoxious leeches we choose to either stay at home or go elsewhere for the most part. read more

Got delivery. Which is cool, there are many pizza places in Lititz - but rare to get delivery. I had pasta and wings. The wings were extra crispy. I ordered hot wings - there was no sauce on them. The pasta with meatballs and fresh mushrooms did not have enough sauce. Also, not enough pasta for the price. First and last time for me. read more

Uncommonly subpar fries, pizza and service. Pizza came out piping hot but tasted bland -- sauce yuck, cheese like cheese, crust very little taste. Fries are the battered type if you like that type -- I don't. The waitress was very inattentive. The interior/seating area very close And crowded. At least they serve Coke products. Subs and appetizers are great but the pizza is just okay. It's nice that they deliver beer but the six packs we got were skunked. Hopefully they are better next time. We recommend the subs and cheesesteaks. read more

They seem to have become like most other eateries around here...complacent. Too bad. As many have commented, food has gotten bland, service so-so, and management seems almost non-existent. We stop by about twice a year, each time hoping they've gotten better. But unfortunately, things seem worse each time. UnCommon is truly UnCommon. I went on Saturday night with friends. The wings were standard wings but the Buffalo Chicken Pizza was to die for. Excellent, quick service was a plus. 11/10 would go again! read more

This place used to be much better. We haven't been in about a year, and on our recent dining experience the bartender got our food order wrong 3 different times. Mistakes happen, sometimes in threes... so I wasn't too upset about it; however, I could not get over the employee (in his uniform) sitting at the bar eating his meal and burping while paying customers were sitting 3 feet from him. At that point I told my wife we will not be back. Additionally, they appeared to be overstaffed with young staff who would rather socialize with each other than wait on people. If I could give negative stars I would. I used to like going to Uncommon. I was usually pleased. I'm a vegetarian, I got a calzone, I took a bite and there was chicken in it Luckily I saw the chicken before I swallowed. My mom got a calzone too. She didn't ask for meat in hers either but they put pepperoni in hers!! That's two calzones they put meat in that didn't ask for meat!! They remade mine but I lost my appetite so I only took a bite of the new one and it wasn't even worth it. I'm NEVER GOING BACK. How do you miss read two orders to that extent..? read more

Yes- it's nice to have a new place that offers a relaxed atmosphere as well as daily specials that keep the experience fresh each time. Fried pickles- yes- how do they keep the breading from falling off? These are very good. The only thing that could be a negative if not addressed soon would be training the wait staff. Even if someone is new, the first thing they need to learn is to not just say "I don't know" and leave it at that- they need to find the answer and follow up with the customer. That said- I think it's worth breaking from your ol' standby pizza place and give Uncommon Pizza a try. read more

Love the food and the atmosphere at Uncommon Pizza. My family & I have ordered many things and they've all been very good. My daughter loves both the Italian sub and the spaghetti and meatballs. My favorite is their chicken cheese steak and my husband loves their pizzas. Also, don't miss the hot wings...they're quite fine! The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly. They have a patio area that has tables with umbrellas, that's a fun place to hang out with friends. Inside is comfortable...plenty of space between tables so you're not crammed together with other customers. I've recommended UP to many friends and they've all reported back that they loved it. read more

Very nice location, where friendly staff greeted us as soon as we walked in to place an order for carry-out. I appreciated the free Mr. Pibb while we waited for our food to be prepared. Since this was our first time, we decided to sample some different things. The spicy bbq wings were excellent; meaty, cooked to perfection, and flavorful. We got a large pizza that was very good; half mushroom and sausage, and half bacon and onion. Crust wasn't too thick or too thin. The Philly Cheesesteak was ok, but I probably won't get it there again. It was almost as if the meat, cheese, green pepper and onion were cooked and pureed together. I thought the consistency was too mushy, and the flavor was lacking. Finally, the fried mushrooms and pickles were nothing special. Portions on those were small for the price. I will go back to this place, probably for one of the wing specials we saw in the menu, and next time we'll dine in and maybe catch a ballgame on one of the three TVs; seemed like a nice atmosphere in there. read more

Cool little hidden pizza spot. To call it just a pizza place is not exactly accurate. The menu has some great sandwiches and appetizers. The fried pickle spears are awesome. I didnt have any of the specialty pizzas but the ones I saw come out of the kitchen looked tasty. Not your typical Lancaster county pizza crust. I ordered the 10 inch calzone and it was a large enough size to call for a to-go box. You can pick up too three toppings to add and at 6.99 it was a great buy. Small bar to sit at with 4 taps. 2 domestic and 2 craft brews. Troegs and Victory when we were there. A small selection of bottles that didnt do anything for me. Also a full liquor and wine selection. Overall just a great little spot to check out. And very kid friendly too!! read more

Have ordered from here numerous times! They NEVER seem to get your order right! Order onions on a sub...forget it...doesn't happen. $10.00 for a combo sampler appetizer. Usually we take-out. Once in awhile we eat there. Last time we stayed everyone seemed to be having a great time - we did, too! Pizza excellent, as usual(Even better since we didn't have to re-heat it when we got it home.). BBQ wings, excellent. One of us had chicken tenders and fries, I believe - said it was very good. Fountain soda excellent(Coke connoisseurs will understand. Nothing better than fountain Coke when the machine is properly set-up. It was.). Somehow, we were seated quickly by the very friendly hostess. Took a bit of time to get stuff but the place was jammed - very pleasantly so. I don't like going out then eating in five minutes and wondering what to do next, anyway. A man was there with his family celebrating his birthday. Someone brought cake(Or UCP had one for him?), and he gave a piece to everyone there! Very good, too - Happy Birthday! UCP also has homemade ice cream. Here, I must say, I would like to see a little "modding" of the recipes. More flavor to the chocolate - I'm a chocolate freak, though - hard to say... I'll continue to get some - as is... Ha! We have to pass several pizza places to get there and drive a ways, and will continue to do so, as we have since they opened. read more

I have to say, for a small place that if you blink you will pass it, Uncommon Pizza is pretty great. My son has special needs, we were in on Monday the 1st for dinner, and our waitress Jen was so patient with him and joked with him and got him to actually eat! Every time she passed by she gave him a high five which sounds little to others, but if you have a special needs child, and they connect with a stranger, you understand. We were just passing thru and tried to take a short cut to his tutor (which turned out to be the complete wrong way) and decided to stop in. I am so glad we did, food was great, service over the top, we will certainly be back! Loved the beer selection also! read more

Hard to find, if we weren't lost trying a short cut to the movies we would never have found this place. Food is good, nothing too crazy but still good. Beer was reasonable with a far amount to pick from. Would like to see them add a little more selection that isn't bud lite. We've been going here for about two years now and it's consistently hot and fresh when it comes to our door. We're fans of the pizza (duh), the wings and the nachos. This rating is based only on the Pizza, the staff were very attentive and pleasant , and service was fine, but the Pizza is In the Domino's/ Pizza hut mold of doughy and more bread than pizza. They place seems to have some nice drink specials and i may go back and try some other food, but the pizza is a one and done for me. read more
