Absolutely delicious! I had the salmon teriyaki which literally fell apart on my fork- so good! We shared the shrimp cocktail (delicious shrimp) and the salad was fresh and tasty as well! I also had a mocktail that was perfect. Others in our group had steaks and shrimp- all of which they said were delicious. We were there on a week night, with reservations. It was busy for a Wednesday but not too loud or crowded. Many gluten free options, GF labeled on the menu! We definitely recommend it and will be back next time we're in town! read more

We came here as part of our bimonthly Dinner Club. We had a 7 PM reservation for a party of 11. It became clear that the guests at the table before us had no plans to leave the table. The Metra D escorted us to the hotel lobby, where he bought us a round of drinks while we waited for our table to be available. We were not able to get to our table until 8 PM. We appreciated his gesture of putting us in a comfortable seating area and buying us a round. Once got to our table, we had an excellent experience. We tend to order many appetizers so we can all get a bite of them, then order our own meals and desserts. The food was outstanding! For appetizers, our favorite was the avocado! I don't know how they prepared it, but it was so flavorful that we were ready to lick the plate! We also had the crab coquettes, oysters, tuna tartar, and the wedge salad. All were amazing. After speaking with the maître D, we decided to each try an ounce of the Wagyu! It was the best 1 ounce steak that we have ever had! Myself and two others decided to split the tomahawk steak. What a great experience as it came, and the server squeezed roasted garlic on top and also gave us chimichurri and horseradish sauce! Others got the fillet and enjoyed it. Loved it, I ordered a wagyu delmonico because I came there for a steak, my wife ordered the lamb chops. Both were outstanding, the lamb should not be overlooked. Has a ton of flavor and the sauce with it was incredible. All the appetizers and sides were exceptional. Its great when a place lives up to the cost. Its obviously not an inexpensive outing but for the quality it was worth every penny. Cant wait to return. Worth noting the building and the vibe were great as well. read more

While on a getaway in PA for New Year's Eve, I chose Kole for my birthday dinner. I was really excited about everything I had read about this place, but I was sadly underwhelmed. When we arrived, we were told that it was first come, first serve seating at the bar only. We did luck out with seats, but it certainly already made us feel a little uncertain about what was to come, because we had hoped for a proper dining experience. We started with the coffee roasted bacon, which I was not a huge fan of. For dinner, my biggest gripe was the steak being overcooked. I appreciated the char on the signature filet, but it just wasn't nearly as enjoyable as I had hoped. I actually enjoyed the sides more, but I wasn't really coming here to eat mac and cheese. I would pass on this restaurant if we find ourselves in this area of PA again. read more

Service was friendly and our waiter had some good lines but definitely over sold (hyped) the food Food: 4 of us got 3 different kinds of steaks and all of which were great cuts of meat however they were all cooked 1 temp below (medium was med rare). The carrot side dish was pretty bad. The tallow fries were great but could have used a dip maybe some sort of aioli. The potato gratin was overcooked and dry. This place is no more than mediocre. You get the same steak experience at an outback steak house. I had the grass fed Ribeye. Steak was cooked very well to medium like I requested, taste was Mid to average. Lots of gristle that could barely cut with a knife. The seasoned potatoes, and Bacon bites is why I gave the score a 3. both were very good. The waitress was amazing. she tried to tell us he worked for a 3-star Michelin restaurant, and he expects nothing less than perfection. the food was not perfect. Daniel, was our Maitre D' when our company hosted our of state clients for dinner. The evening was magical there are not enough positive words to explain our experience. He was pleasant, funny, attentive and such a professional, he and his team were on point with their service. We laughed all night long. The food...THE FOOD... With Daniel's recommendations we were able to experience a wide variety of the menu for all of us to share. You would think, such a high class place... Family style?? It was a true Chophouse experience for all of us to taste... The tower of seafood, wedge salad, truffle mac and cheese, steaks and not just steaks.. melt in your mouth no need to chew excellence! We visit Lititz often, and we always eat at this restaurant. We liked the menu when it was still Blackworth. We noticed some changes when it opened as Kole, but now they have changed most of it, especially the chicken and octopus. We were disappointed as we drove an hour just so we could try it again. Don't know if we're going back, as we don't have anything to look forward to. read more

What great service with polite and helpful staff! This new steakhouse is very nicely designed with a comfortable and clean upscale atmosphere. This is inside the former Wilber chocolate factory, which is apparent on the outside but not on the inside, where there are large windows and you can see into the open kitchen. read more

Biggest disappointment so far out of all restaurants I've been to in the county. The much hyped tomahawk steak came out undercooked and tough. Reserved a table in the main room but they overbooked and we ended up having to eat on the tiny tables in the lounge. read more

We had the best experience at this restaurant! After arriving from Michigan, we wandered over to this establishment. We had no reservations, so we were placed at the bar. Best old fashioned ever! Service was absolutely horrible. He showed up with sleeves rolled up above elbows looking totally disheveled. He took our order and never took the menus. They stayed on the table throughout the meal. Brought an app we were going to share but never brought any small plates. Totally messed up our order. We all ordered steak but none were cooked as ordered. Also brought us asparagus we didn't order. Our guest kept her steak but ours were refired. When they showed up, he dropped them off and got out of there like we were on fire. No effort to see if we felt they got it right the second time. After that he never came back until we were finished. No value whatsoever in this place given the cost of the meal and what we received. Food was really okay, but the service ruined the entire event.
