Randomly found this place one day and decided to try it for lunch. I got the beef fried hand pulled noodles. The noodles were cooked well and at first really good. However as I ate more they seemed to lose any kind of flavor. Overall still pretty good and might go back to try more

One of my favorite authentic Chinese spots that I keep coming back to. Their hand pulled noodles are the perfect texture. This time we tried the spicy salt & pepper shrimp which was seasoned to perfection. The most surprising dish was the spicy garlic eggplant. It just melted in your mouth. This spot is always a hit when I take my friends here.

Wonderful wonderful service! Uncle Zhou is a great spot for tasty and authentic Chinese food without spending a lot. The prices are really reasonable and perfect for casual meals. The hand pulled noodles are fresh and chewy and go great with the beef broth. The crispy dumplings are also really good and packed with juicy filling. Try the eggplant too! We loved the crispy chicken!!!!! If you want real Chinese flavors that won't break the bank, Uncle Zhou is definitely worth checking out.

Tucked away to the side of a busy plaza, Yncle Zhou's is a gem. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the dishes are great. I tried one of the hand pulled beef noodle soups and while it was good, I wasn't a fan of the broth and the meat they used. They really should just use regular beef instead of the fatty, tendony cut that comes with it. I much preferred the blackbean and pork noodle dish--amazing! The fresh made noodles here really shines and the flavors are in every dish they make. Plus the friendly service really just makes Uncle Zhous outstanding. Can't wait for my next fix!

Went back to have lunch here. We ordered fish fillet with sweet and sour sauce and shrimp fried rice. They're delicious. Service is great. Ambiance is outstanding.

Uncle Zhou is a very solid neighborhood Chinese restaurant. The food is solid, the service is friendly, and the portions are good. We ordered the Oil Splashed noodles and some of their more traditional family style dishes. Their oil splashed noodles stood out to me in particular because the bounciness and cook of the noodles was perfect while the garlic and other seasonings are super fragrant. While none of the dishes here are the best versions I have had, everything I tried was solid and I would not complain or be mad at any of the other dishes I tried. I would recommend going with a few friends or your family so that you can try multiple dishes and noodles. After all, the restaurant features a number of bigger tables so go enjoy some hand pulled noodles!

This meal was unfortunately disappointing. We got the lamb hand pulled noodles and general tso chicken. I felt like the noodles were overcooked rather than chewy, probably because of the steaming hot broth, and the broth itself tasted salty but had no depth of flavor. It seemed like what made it "lamb" noodles was them placing a few pieces of meat on top but the lamb flavor didnt translate to the broth at all. The general tso chicken was nothing great either. I felt like the chicken wasn't very high quality. The service was good and they have a great interior. I just didn't love the food.

Amazing taste! The broth in our noodle was so fresh and savory. The noodles are so tender and good. It did not feel heavy at all. Everything was great and the atmosphere was great as well.

I've been seeing this spot pop up all over my instagram and tiktok and I finally got to try it today! The restaurant is pretty big and has alot of seating available and the decor is also cute on the inside. My friends and I family styled the food and tried several dishes. We got the green beans, the cucumber salad, the oil hand draw noodles, lamb dumplings, shrimp fried rice and the pepper steak. All of the food was so good and delicious and was more than enough for the 4 of us. We finished it all! My favorites were the steak and noodles. The dumplings were my least favorite but they were still pretty good. Also the chili oil they provide has a lot of flavor as well and adds a good kick to the food. I recommend coming here and I will definitely be back to try more things!

Dial oil noods

My family had a quick pre-Christmas dinner here and we were really impress with how tasty everything was. The stand outs were the flat noodles, dial oil noodles, dragon eggplant and the pork belly. I would definitely order the flat noodles again. Perfectly quick fried in the wok that it was still able to have a slight chewy texture. This is definitely a place I would only eat dine-in and not take out so you can eat the noodles as soon as it comes out and it doesn't get bloated or soggy.

Came across this place on yelp and it was delicious! We ordered the beef hand pulled noodles, lamb cheese burger and lamb dumplings. Did not disappoint! If you are only getting one thing I highly recommend getting the noodles. The ambiance and service was great too!

We tried Uncle Zhou for the first time on a Saturday night. The wait was about 10 minutes, which wasn't bad. They have a simple system where you write your name in a notebook at the front, and they call you when your table is ready. The food came out pretty quickly, which was nice. We ordered the beef wide noodle and the pork kouwan. Both dishes were packed with strong, heavily spiced flavors--definitely a distinct Chinese spice profile. The beef wide noodle had a good texture, and the broth was flavorful. My only real complaint was the tiny rice portion considering how cheap rice is should give us a bigger bowl of rice. So the pork kouwan it came with a tiny bowl of rice, which wasn't nearly enough, so I had to ask for an extra rice serving. We also got the fried dumplings, which were okay--not bad, but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, the food was good. If it were closer to us, we might go again, but given the long drive, it's not something we'd go out of our way for. It's a decent spot if you're in the area and craving some bold Chinese flavors, but probably not worth a special trip.

Still really good. My favorite item is still the dial oil noodles but the bean sauce and pork one is also delicious I might have to alternate!

Good authentic Chinese food. Friendly service. My 90 year old parents liked it, which is rare.

The restaurant itself is large and well laid out. We started with the Scallion Pancake Beef Role which was the best version of this dish I have had in a long time. Tender beef and fresh pancakes! Then we moved onto the Beef Soup with wide noodles. The soup was spiced perfectly and the noodles were just right. We finally finished up with the Kung Pao Shrimp which was delicious and expertly prepared. This place is great and I am already planning my next trip. Highly Reccommended!

Overall great place, great vibes, and only negative comment is food comes out sporadically as they bring it out when ready. (Which I don't mind), but if you do mind just ask for it all together. Oh and no alcohol (i don't drink), but if you do unfortunately they don't serve it. Go try this place the dumplings and noodles are awesome!

We almost ordered noodles but the server steered us in a different direction (citing we may not like it as it is culturally different) and we appreciated that! We have dined at this location often over the last five years. Our recent visit (yesterday…read moreevening)was less than satisfying. We were seated ( party of four)next to a larger table in the corner of the restaurant. When we ordered, they only took our appetizer order and we had to wait a long period of time before they would take our entree order. During this time, a large table next to us filled up with 6 people who were making so much noise that our table could not even hear each other's conversation. The larger table occupants were loud, rude , and obnoxious. We asked our waitress to do something and the wait staff ignored our request to intervene on our behalf for calmer demeanor from them. Finally , someone from my table had to address this personally and confronted the loud group and asked if they could tone down their enthusiasm so we, and other patrons, could enjoy our evening at the restaurant. They only cut the noise for a few minutes and started again with the loud voices and over boisterous laughter . We were greatly disappointed with the staff and the overall establishment. We normally have a nice dinner with the attentive wait staff and enjoy our menu choices. Because our concerns were not addressed, we don't feel respected and wonder if we will dine again here.
