He immediately insisted the portion was correct and rudely implied we just didn't want to pay for the lobster. Very disrespectful -- a stark contrast to the other servers, who were all polite. We've ordered this exact dish many times before and know what a proper portion looks like. Management should train staff to investigate complaints professionally instead of accusing loyal customers. The food itself was a bit of a mixed bag. Some dishes were alright, but overall there wasn't anything that really stood out or made us want to come back. One thing to be aware of is that they automatically add a 12% service charge to the bill before tax, on top of the tea charge that you already typically pay at dim sum restaurants. Personally, I'm not a fan of automatic service charges, especially when the service itself was just average.
