Tried it on Saturday, food was so so , the ribs were a little dry. the pork was tasteless. The sauces were terrible, & they need to put the condiments on the table instead of in little cups. My bottom line is they appear to be trying to skimp on costs instead of filling our stomachs. I was still hungry & a little underwhelmed . They just opened so we will see maybe they will work the bugs out. I will give them another try in a few weeks. read more

These are very nice folks who seem to bring in a ton of customers. They operate out of a food truck in North Ridgeville. We saw their Facebook ad and went to check them out. There were a few people in line before me. When I ordered they were already out of half of the things on their menu, including chicken. So we didn't get our first choices of fare to try. But we compromised and ordered other things. They said it would be a 45 minute wait. You can sit around on nearby picnic tables to wait. So we did. That 45 minutes wait turned into three hours. Didn't get our food until after 10pm. But you have to pay up front. So our hands were tied. We skipped our other evening plans so we could wait for an unknown length of time on our second-choices of food. We took the food home. It was okay. I'm not sure why everyone had to wait hours for "okay" BBQ. I would be interested in trying this place again on a better night for them. Like I said they are very nice people. Best. Barbeque. Ever!!! Steve and I thought we would try it it. We had heard it was like REALLY good, and we thought we had tasted the best at Flint's Barbeque in the heart of Oakland, Dickey's Barbeque in Vacaville, and Kinders, all over the San Francisco area... We were not ready for Uncle Bo's Slow and Low... From the packed restaurant, the filled service bar and the front patio area where we watched the pros tossing briskets, ribs, pork and chicken into the enormous barbeques, we had a feeling something was up. For sixteen hours the barbeque we ate was cooked... to mouthwatering perfection, as we dug into each bite and emitted a heavenly sigh. The pulled pork with the barbeque sauce was delectable and the briskets, dripping with bourbon sauce kept my mouth watering. The buns on the plate were soft and fresh, still with a tiny bit of flour on the top. The only problem was the door constantly opening and everyone holding their bellies, and wearing a heavenly grin as they called to the cook, " Best. Barbeque. Ever, then threatening, "We'll be back!" So when visiting the Colorado River in Laughlin, cross the river and take a chance... bring your own bib... they furnish the paper towels. We will be back! read more

Excellent BBQ, and friendly staff. Not a fan of the mac'n'cheese at all, but everything else we've tried there was great. I love the slaw, and if we get in for an early dinner, we bypass the wait, which can get long when they're busy. Good find in Bullhead City for sure. read more

Went here on recommendation of the Valet at Harrahs Laughlin, Jason. Had to wait until Thursday but it was worth it. Brisket plate with collard greens was great. Tender, juicy and flavorful without the need for the awesome BBQ sauce. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich with Cajun rice and loved every bite. Service was very friendly and quick. Everything was great except for the 115 degree weather. The lake cooled us off though. read more

Uncle Bo's was a decidedly good find. We popped in and found the food and atmosphere to be great! Bo, the owner, came by our table and made the experience that much better, providing a sample pork rib..tasty. Five of us went to eat at this amazing place. Uncle Bo showed up with THE SAMPLES OF EVERYTHING IN THE KITCHEN (he asked to try the meats w/o BBQ sauce to taste each one!) which were out-if-this-world, all the meats, no matter which one, melted in our mouths and then the SIDES especially the collard greens, the spicy Jambalaya Rice, the beans, well, we didn't know what to order and opted for THE BRISKET and my husband ordered PULLED PORK... it definitely was DELICIOUSNESS! We will go back, even if we have to drive four hours from Anaheim, CA where we live. IN LOVE!!! read more

Husband and I split two sandwich plates. Pulled pork was fantastic with ALL the toppings. The other sandwich was the brisket. The meat was so good. I would not recommend it as a sandwich with all the toppings. The meat was sooooo good it gets lost in all the other flavors. This restaurant opened a few months ago and I tried it for the first time earlier today. First, I'll say the atmosphere was nice and cozy. And the pulled pork was tasty. But that's it. The pulled pork sandwich was just luke-warm. The BBQ sauce and the bourbon sauce came in tiny little spit-cups, the same ones that are found in fast food restaurants like Long John Silver's that you dispense your ketchup or tartar sauce into. Barely enough. The slivered onions came in the same tiny cup. The main problem was the side dish of cole slaw was served in the same tiny cup also. At first I thought it was an April Fool's joke. It wasn't. Or maybe a child's portion. It wasn't. Or perhaps a sample. It wasn't. The cole slaw was supposed to be a side dish and it was gone in three bites. Frankly, I was insulted by the meager portion. It's bad enough that we consumers are being subjected to this downsizing at the grocery stores with smaller ice cream containers, smaller Hostess products, smaller practically everything, but now it appears that restaurants are jumping onto the same greed bandwagon by serving smaller portions and charging just as much as before, or more. It cost me $8.09 for an average-sized sandwich. I can go to Subway and get a sandwich three times the size for half the cost. If this restaurant expects to stay in business they need to serve more ample portions and give the customer their money's worth. Unless they do that, I for one will not return. I left the restaurant still hungry. I guess if you're on a crash diet then this would be the place to go. read more

Went to Laughlin on vacation with my family and wanted to try something new so we all decided on this place and we where all happy that we did this is a nice clean friendly place. the rids where a big hit all the meat is smoked and the rid meat just falls off the bone and melts in you mouth its that good we liked that they had family combos that can feed the whole family everyone was nice and friendly every worker that passed by the table engaged with us and seen how we where doing great place differently a new spot that we will be going to when we come to Laughlin read more

Tried this place it was so delicious! My favorite is Pulled Pork and they were on point. The ribs,sausage are really good and a side dishes wow must try the Mac n cheese with jalapeños not to mention the Jambalaya is awesome. Today was the third time at this restaurant for me and have yet to come away disappointed or hungry! The brisket is always amazing and full of flavor, the ribs were fall off the bone tender and had an amazing smoke ring on them.. The real surprise was the chicken! The best bbq chicken I have ever had in my life! Tender, juicy and great smoky flavor.. Only downside of this trip was they were out of the jambalaya rice :/, can't hold that against them.. The jalapeno bacon Mac n cheese is out of this world and their fries are absolutely delicious, fresh cut and seasoned perfectly.. The ambience is a amazing! We are having so much fun here. The food is fall off the bone. It is slow cooked for at least 16 hours. I am in food heaven. If you are even in Laughlin Bullhead you have to come here. Only open Wednesday thru Sunday! Staff is welcoming fun and helpful. They even had samples this place is off the hook. My favorite BBQ. The people here were great. We came here Wednesday not knowing they were closed. They were cooking but gave us some samples. Decided we had to try again. Went back in yesterday and we were greeted by everyone saying so glad you see you came back. The pulled pork and brisket was amazing as was the Mac and cheese. Really awesome to have a real BBQ place in town. Once we ordered, we had our food super quick, even though there was quite a few customers. We had the sliced brisket and the pulled pork, and I couldn't decide which I enjoyed more. Very juicy, lots of flavor, and extremely tender. The price was a little high for the portions but considering the quality, I would say that it was just right. I hope this place stays around for a long time. read more
