The biggest issue for me is the food. There are simply too many options on the menu, and unfortunately, the quality doesn't seem to be there. It feels like a case of being a "jack of all trades, master of none." I honestly think this place could benefit from cutting the menu down significantly and focusing on doing a smaller number of dishes really well. I think that would make a huge difference and could actually bring in more customers. The service is another frustration, especially if you're sitting at the bar. The bartenders are also responsible for waiting tables, which means they're frequently away from the bar serving other customers. As a result, it can be surprisingly difficult to get service when you're sitting right at the bar. With the new ownership, I was hoping to see some changes, but so far it doesn't seem like much has changed. That's honestly disappointing because I want to enjoy coming here. Instead, it often feels more stressful than enjoyable. I'm not leaving this review because I want to see the place fail--I actually want it to succeed. I think there's a lot of potential here, but I really hope the ownership takes a hard look at the menu, food quality, and staffing/service model.
