My husband and I decided to make a last minute trip here for dinner. It was a Thursday night so it wasn't busy at all. The booths had dividers between them. There were no dividers at the bar like I have seen at other places, but the chairs were spread out in groups of 2 or 4. Our server was very friendly and quick. I honestly feel like the prices are high, but the food was very good. I ordered a spiked lemonade drink and my husband was surprised that it didn't cost as much as he thought, but I feel that the food prices are high. The drink and food were both very good.

Not the best atmosphere, food and service are both mediocre.... Nothing special.... Would probably never go back.

So CC Salon Bar & Grill opened in Grafton, and I was hyped. A new local bar! A date night with my…read moreboyfriend! I even put on real pants for this. First impressions: decor? Cute. Noise level? Loud, but hey, it's a bar. The food? Ohhh, buckle up. I ordered a $10 burger. Seems fine... until you realize cheese is extra (because apparently dairy is a luxury item now) and it comes with no sides. Fries? That'll be another $4. And what do $4 fries look like? Picture 6 crinkle-cut sweet potato soldiers lost in a basket, sitting next to caramel dipping sauce like it's some kind of dessert tragedy. Proof in the photo -- that's not a "side of fries," that's a cry for help. And they brought the fries out a solid 10 minutes before my burger. Nothing says "romantic dinner" like watching your $4 worth of food slowly cool while waiting for your $10 burger to arrive. My boyfriend got a $3 Busch Light (hello, profit margins ) and a chicken wrap that was the size of a Taco Bell soft taco. Sure, he said it tasted good, but for $9, he'd need it to come with a foot rub and a motivational speech to make it worth it. We're young (I'm 22, he's 23), so going out is a treat. But this? This was the kind of "treat" where you wish you stayed home and microwaved a Hot Pocket instead. The waiter was sweet, and I think the owner checked on us, but I was too sad to say anything. Sad because they really think these prices match their portions. Final verdict: McDonald's would've been cheaper, tastier, and given me at least 12 fries.

Danielle liked her pickle-chicken sandwich and seemed disappointed that i don't want to go back, so i'll probably have to relent at some point and just get French Toast and go into diabetic shock. oooohh, i forgot. i also ordered a cup of the corn chowder (soup of the day). it wasn't great and corn was the least plentiful ingredient in it. i'd call it more of a potato and bacon chowder w/ corn casually tossed in.

Had an excellent dining experience here during a recent trip to Oberlin for a Frank Llyod Wright…read morehouse tour. Place was not super-busy when I arrived, and the service was pleasant and prompt. I ordered a very reasonably priced beer and settled in as I awaited my burger and fries. They have a very extensive pub style menu, so there are options sure to satisfy just about everyone in your party. I ordered their brisket burger with a side of fries. When it arrived, I was blown away by the size! This brisket burger was pretty sloppy, but delicious...only knock was that the bun did not hold up well to all the toppings: beef patty, onion spread, bacon, cheddar cheese sauce, BBQ smoked brisket and a fried onion ring. It was however, cooked to a nice medium rare (just the way I like it). Also, the fresh cut fries were cooked just right and very crispy. Full to the gills, I made my way to the FLW house trying not to fall asleep from my heavenly food coma.
