I think they went a little overboard with the vinaigrette, but I still happily munched on the salad. I also ordered a sparkling black cherry refresher, which was essentially Topo Chico with black cherry flavor. Refreshing and pleasant enough to drink, but overpriced in my opinion at $6.49, especially since it didn't come with any actual cherries. My server was fantastic. We visited this restaurant on a busy Friday night to meet up with some friends. This is an upscale casual restaurant with an expansive beer menu and food menu. There is something here for everyone and everything is delicious. We tried the poke nachos which had the perfect balanced flavor and was really good. For our meal we tried the Szechuan Beef Noodles which was nice and spicy with crispy beef which tasted like heaven. We also tried the lobster garlic noodles which were outstanding. The only thing I get here are the poke nachos! When pregnant I would order them as an appetizer then as an entree The food is always fresh and delicious. Yard House is an absolute gem. This was my second visit to yard house and everytime I am blown away and it has quickly become one of my favorite places to dine when in the Westlake area. Their menu is so versatile with lots of bold flavor combinations that take your classic entrees to the next level. The place itself is awesome, they have tvs, nice seating, a spacious interior, booths, hightops and everything in between. the bar is very cool and in the center of the place which is awesome to look at. if you go you have got to get the queso dip it is phenomenal and it is even better if you add the seasoned ground beef to it! The Thai grilled pork chop was so good, and I do not tend to go for pork chops on the menu as they can be bland at times or overcooked but wow this was delish and the unique flavor combination was so flavorful and the chop itself was juicy and perfectly cooked. The bbq bacon cheeseburger is a classic and the garlic aioli on it is great. I also love the unique bun it gives a classic a nice twist which is yard house's thing for sure. all their flavors are awesome, and I cannot wait to come back and try more as this is definitely one of my favorite menus i have tried! My wife and I have both been here and ordered takeout from this location countless times, and I can honestly say it is one of our favorite all-purpose restaurants. Great for date nights, as a relatively inexpensive birthday spot, family / group meets and more. The food is almost always well above par, service has never been poor, and they offer low calorie, gluten-free and vegan options, as well as an excellent low sodium option in the Mediterranean salmon. Prices are very fair, and there are even happy hour options for those interested in flatbreads/appetizers or drinks. I'm not sure why people have reviewed it somewhat poorly here; we have never had a bad experience and I would not hesitate to recommend it for just about anything. I would not go here if you're looking for a place for a candlelit, romantic dinner, as you will not find it here, though the noise level isn't as bad as some other establishments in the niche. Also while there is a children's menu (if memory serves they have crayons/papers to color on), there aren't extensive children's amenities, so maybe not the best for a children's birthday party. Yard House is one of the best places I've been to in a long time. First of all the ambiance is amazing, great look overall. Also our server Julia was outstanding, she gave refills without being asked and she told us all about the food items and we had great conversations. Although the food was the best part, the jumbo pretzel was soft and had great dipping sauce, the onion ring tower was also delicious with again great dipping sauce, and the orange chicken was angelic, the sauce was great, the chicken had a good crispy to soft ratio, and the rice side was pretty good. I was recommended by a friend to go to The Yard House and to try the house cheesesteak. So for date night my husband and I went to try it out. On a Friday night the wait wasn't long at all maybe 10 minutes and the service was great. I ordered the house cheesesteak and my husband had the Korean cheesesteak. Both were equally delicious in their own rights. The sauce on the Korean cheesesteak was my favorite. It added a wonderful flavor and made the meat more tender. The fried onions on the house cheesesteak gave it an extra layer of crunch that brought the whole sandwich together. My only issue with the cheesesteaks were they were not very cheesy lol. It reminded me of more of a hoagie type of sandwich. Our server was great she was very attentive and helpful the whole night. We ordered two drinks I had the pink dragon and my husband had the grapefruit Paloma. Both drinks were unique and tasty. The pink drink even came with a smoke demo by my server. Now the item that stole the show for me was the bread pudding. I love dessert and their bread pudding was the perfect way to end my date night. Kind of your run of the mill overpriced bar food joint. The proportions do t match the price, but I will say it was definitely flavorful. We ordered the Brussels sprout app and is probably the only Brussel sprouts I'd actually enjoy eating. The service was fine but kinda pushy with the upselling. To put my cards on the table here, I am a general fan of Yard House, and my main one that I frequent in Orlando is a place I visit relatively frequently. This Yard House was exactly what I have come to expect. Sitting at the bar, you get great service with knowledgable staff to talk to you about their insane beer selection. I am a beer guy, and I enjoy going to other states and trying beers that are local to them. Yard House is a place I can consistently come to that will have at least 10-20 beers from the local area of all different varieties. The staff here helped me select a few based on my preferences, and all were solid choices. As for the restaurant itself, it is the typical Yard House you would know and love. With TVs all over the place, it is a great place to watch any game. You will find plentiful bar seating as well. As usual, they have an enormous selection of 125 beers, delicious Lavazza coffee and friendly service. Here are my thoughts on some of the different items I tried: Margherita pizza: Lightly flavored with fresh veggies and a light layer of cheese. Clam chowder soup: Good consistency with a nice flavor, though I wish there was a bit more clam Half roasted turkey club: Nice fresh veggies with a good meat flavor Fried chicken sandwich: I liked the thickness of the chicken though I wish it were a little more crispy Organic tomato bisque: Nice full flavor and good consistency, I like the balance of sweetness and sourness Ahi crunchy salad: I liked the wonton crunch and other crispy elements.
