The ambiance was great, very live and busy happy hour setting. The servers were nice and very helpful when helping decide what to order. Great happy hour menu as well with lots of options. Will return!

Stopping in for a quick Sunday lunch and had the Pimento Cheeseburger and it was delicious. Served at the bar very promptly and I had the Berry Vodka cooler cocktail as the selection of beer was very limited on IPAs. I'd come back here again but hope that they can add some more local beers to their repertoire soon.

Kitchen Social is a great option if you're looking for a lively dinner spot with excellent drinks and creative appetizers. It's almost always busy, so I'd definitely recommend making a reservation if you're planning to go on a weekend. Without one, you're probably waiting for a seat at the bar, and getting a table can be difficult. The atmosphere is fun and energetic, but it can get pretty loud once the restaurant fills up. Service has been consistently attentive, and the food comes out surprisingly quickly, even when they're packed. The appetizers have been the highlight every time we've visited. We've tried quite a few of them, and the Korean BBQ cauliflower, whipped feta with toasted bread, and street corn nachos are all standouts that I'd happily order again. The cocktail menu is also excellent. The entrées have been a little more hit or miss. The chicken dishes have always been very good, while some of the other options haven't been quite as memorable. Nothing has been bad, just not everything has lived up to how strong the appetizers are. Overall, Kitchen Social is worth checking out, especially if you're going with friends or for date night. Go for the drinks and appetizers, make a reservation, and you'll probably have a great experience. Four stars.

This is a solid place to grab dinner with a friend. We came here for dinner midweek around 6 and it was already getting quite full. Given how much of a large open space this is, it does get quite loud. The kitchen is open so you can see them make the food which is always interesting. My friend opted for the crispy chicken salad and I opted for my once-in-a-blue-moon burger, specifically the double stack burger. Both were solid choices with no complaints here. Their menu in general had some interesting flavors so I'm interested to come back and try more.

Loved everything about Kitchen Social! The restaurant is beautiful, super clean, open and inviting. They have a full bar you can sit at, as well as many tables and booths. I shared several appetizers with my daughter and every single bite was fresh and delicious, we loved it all. Our server was awesome, he was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu and super polite. My only suggestion is they need some vegetarian main dish options. Other than that just perfect!

This is my second review as I said I will return for the brunch in the first one! The food - as expected - was really good! Really nice vibes, we reached a little late for brunch but still it was very very pleasant. We really liked our host - Mat - excellent guy and amazing service. Worth it! I really liked the biscuit and chicken & waffles.

American food with an Asian flair Highly recommend making reservations. We went on a Friday and it was very busy. Since we had a reservation we were seated quickly. Lynn was our server and she was great. Friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. I tried the shrimp and grits and the bbq cauliflower. Both had great sauces and were delicious. My husband had the burger and fries. They have a great menu with varying options to please anyone. I will warn that the place is very load.

One of my favorite spots for brunch! I got the chicken and waffles, and they were as great as always! Our server was super friendly and enjoyable, and service was quick and efficient. We got seated quickly, and were well tended to! Definitely will be back to try more of the brunch menu items.

I love weekend brunch! We usually have a great experience there and on the rare occasion something doesn't go well, they make it right!

I ordered the Crispy Brussels and she selected the Roasted Garlic Whipped Mascarpone. The pasta was delicious. And so were the Brussels. The Whipped Mascarpone was OK, although both of us thought the combination of the cheese, garlic, lemon, and pretzel crackers were a little too much. Both thought the garlic was too forward, and the mascarpone would have been better with just the lemon and/or perhaps with a touch of honey...even hot honey. The portions were all huge and we each took an additional meal home. Ordered coffee to end the evening and were delighted that they came as French Press coffee rather than just regular brewed. The venue is very nice albeit quite loud. Conversation was challenging, but manageable. We will be back.

They also usually have a very unique cocktail menu, but this time they didn't have one which was disappointing. They just had their regular cocktail/drink menu, but we still really enjoyed our cocktails. To start we got the hummus and rosemary focaccia. The focaccia was sooo soft and delicious. I especially loved the whipped fig honey butter. For my entree, I got the Thai spicy chicken sandwich and it was sooo good. I wanted to finish it but I think I filled up on too much bread lol. I felt like the fries didn't really add anything to it and were a bit plain and meh. I liked the fingerling potatoes a lot more. Their desserts are amazing. I chose the hazelnut tart and it was creamy and delicious. My boyfriend got the cheese ice cream plate and I thought it was so cute and unique!

The facility is far bigger than I thought it would be. They have a central restaurant with multiple party centers on either side. It's a really BIG facility. New, modern, and quite attractive. With plenty of convenient parking. The wall of the restaurant that faces Cleveland Hopkins Airport is all glass. It affords you quite an impressive view of the airport and the planes landing. The staff we met was pleasant and efficient. Our server, Mina, did an excellent job all night. If there was a weak point, it would be the food. It was not bad (I'm trying to be kind); it was just uninspired, limited, and not really well prepared. Because they do not offer bread for the table our only option was to order the "Soft Pretzel". It arrived badly overcooked, crunchy not soft, and even boardering on burnt. The charcuterie board was OK, but uninspired. I ordered the "Lemon Chicken" which was a full half chicken in a reasonably good sauce. But the meat was dry and it came only with brussel sprouts (yuk!). My wife had the "Walleye" which she simply said was "okay"... oh well. Our guests weren't any more impressed than we were. I will say our coffee and "Pot de Creme" were very good... thank goodness. All in all, our overall experience was "meh"... just "meh". Sorry - really probably should be 3.5

We dropped in for Happy Hour, looking for cocktails and a few bites, and were immediately struck by the well-appointed space. The runway views at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport added an unexpected layer of entertainment--watching planes take off and land while toasting 14 years of marital bliss felt like the perfect backdrop. We started strong with a French 75 and an Old Fashioned--both expertly crafted, but that Old Fashioned? Smooth, balanced, and memorable enough to set the tone for the entire evening. Wednesday happens to be Wing Day ($2 whole wings), and we took full advantage. We sampled Buffalo, Sweet & Tangy BBQ, Lemon Pepper Dry Rub, and the undeniable star of the show: Garlic Parmesan. Each had its own personality, but that Garlic Parmesan was simply elite. Service was impeccable--Emily was attentive without being intrusive, making sure our experience flowed as effortlessly as the cocktails. Speaking of which, round two brought a Cosmo alongside a repeat of that Old Fashioned...because when you find the right note, you stay in that key. For food, we shared the French Dip Baguette--shaved prime rib, provolone, horseradish aioli, and au jus done right--and paired it with the Mega Crunch Fries, elevated with sea salt, rosemary, and a light truffle oil drizzle. Simple menu items, executed with intention. We closed the evening the same way we began--together, with one final round of Old Fashioneds. A Happy Hour well spent. A celebration well honored. A 14-year journey still taking off.

I was excited to stop in for a cocktail. We love finding quaint new places with an interesting appeal and from afar this certainly met those details. However, we stopped in this past Saturday, for my daughter's birthday celebration. I was super pumped to come back - ( see sentences above! ) Anyway, 4 of us walked in ( there would be a total of 6 ) and while yes it's small, not too small for a small party of 6. There was a couple at the bar and a girl who was drinking a mimosa in a robe so I think it's safe to assume she was getting a treatment from the spa. We had been inside about 10-15 minutes with no bar tender or staff to be seen. I saw the couple received their drinks but while we were taking pics, I never saw a staff member- so I asked them if there was anyone taking orders. He said yes, they were in other room. Still nobody coming out. Our other two members of our party arrived and we looked at menus and still no one. Finally, a girl comes out. Walks over, does not even say hello, and says: do you want drinks?!?! We put our orders in and 1 minute later she comes out and says, um this table is reserved ( or something close to that ) in 20 minutes and actually we will probably need both tables soooo.........so I guess that was our que to say never mind. I guess had they come out and taken our order when we first arrived it would have been fine, but we weren't looking to do shots with our full size drinks. No apologies or anything just like ok bye when we said we would go somewhere else. So here's my input: 1. Sacred Hour- do not advertise this space to the outside community if you can only accommodate your clients that are receiving services. 2. Train your staff. A hello, A greeting, something, anything. Not - "do you want drinks?!" That in itself was so distasteful. Not to mention the prices of drinks are not cheap. This is an upscale place ( or appears to be ) 3. Bottom line- we will not return. Quite honestly, I'm not sure if I would return back to this location for my spa services either. I think that people have forgotten how to be courteous and polite. People do not realize ( or maybe they do and just don't care ) that the reason they stay in business is because of their customers. Treating your customers with kindness is epic. You know the old saying - you get more bees with honey?!? Well, Tribu- maybe you should rethink this and add it to your training instead of coffee or tea!
