The atmosphere was abuzz with diners, which is always fun. Drove in from the far east valley to Ahwatukee. It's in a strip mall off chandler. Great menu, service was fantastic, very friendly staff. The food--especially the handmade dumplings and the wontons with chili sauce--was very good, and it feels like a solid neighborhood spot even though they have other locations. Had come try this place as there isn't anything like this in tukee. They have only been open about a week so I know they are still working through balancing volume with opening, it was busy. The inside is very open and bright, which I love that the kitchen part of full glass wall so you can see the ladies making the dumplings by hand. We ordered an assortment of items, chicken fried rice, pork dumplings, chili dumplings, beef and rice and the cold cucumbers. Everything was fresh and so tasty. We will be back for sure- there are so many other dishes we can't wait to try. I will note that some items came out quicker than others which wasn't an issue for us but that might not be for others. Be patient if you are going soon, they have been overwhelmed by the welcoming in the area and are still getting in a groove. read more

I love this place. I saw dumplings and noodles from the road and that was enough to snag me. They have the real deal dumplings, noodles and other authentic Asian dishes. We split pork and shrimp steamed dumplings. I had braised beef noodles and she had pork rib noodles. I watched them make the dumplings from scratch for our order. We had fried bread too. Unfortunately a miss for me. We ordered the pork chili wantons, soup dumplings, taro sweet buns, and bbq pork buns. It was just, not good. Totally flavorless, no spice in chili dumplings, and executed poorly, as in the dumplings were not wrapped properly. The texture of the dough was off too in each dish. Also, I had to ask for black vinegar with the soup dumplings (which they are supposed to be served with), because they served them with a watered down sweet sauce? Unfortunately, this place has abandoned its authenticity in order to cater to a certain demographic and it shows. Very sad because I really loved Sushi Ken and Tabe Mano. On a positive note, customer service was great. Warm, friendly and attentive. And I like the renovations they did to the space. But if the food is bad that doesn't make up for it. Was in town over weekend. Ordered the Kung Bao Chicken. Is a version of Kung Pao in other restaurants. This chicken was all knuckle meat with tenders and actual pieces of the knuckle bone. Was not 1, was 6 of 8 pieces. Scallion pancake was burned and steamed buns were cold on delivery. How? They make them there? Tried to call and they use an AI bot to answer all questions. If you continue to hold for 45 seconds, the bot will send you to customer service and that is voicemail. No one calls back. Personally don't see this making it, the second restaurant they have opened and influencers are creating a vibe that is not there. read more

My husband and I had a few bites of each and couldn't eat any more - wasted $40 on take out. We ordered the chow mein , beef fried rice, veggie spring rolls and spicy wontons in chili sauce I thought the food was very flavorful my favorite was the spicy wontons they make them by hand and are delicious in the spicy broth the egg rolls we super crispy with the right amount of flavor the rice was cooked well and the chow mein serving was big and flavorful not to spicy these dishes really exceeded my expectations. I also like the atmosphere super clean and the staff was super friendly and seated everyone and brought our food out within 10 minutes I wanted to gate keep this place but it's to good not to share definitely a must try.
