For my first time, I did a to go pick up order. I ordered the classic braised beef noodle soup, custard buns, unadon eel rice bowl, and Dan Dan noodles. I really loved the braised beef noodle soup. The soup broth was flavorful and the soup had lots of tender meat! I wish it had more bok choy to go with it. But the noodles were nice and chewy. The other dishes were ok. The eel that came with my order was smaller than I expected and it was also overcooked. So maybe it shriveled up from being overcooked? The Dan Dan noodles I asked for it non spicy. Taste wasn't bad but I needed some sauce to go with the noodles and meat. The custard buns weren't too bad. Wish it had more custard inside. That being said, I want to come back and have more braised beef noodle soup and try some of the other items. I'll have to dine in one of these days as well. They have a pretty nice and big set up so you can go in a larger group. They also showcase their cooking behind a plexiglass so you can chef-watch. My ordering service was great! read more

Overall, this place satisfies the dumpling craving. We came ready to stuff our face with dumplings and we certainly did. Each dish we got left a little bit to be desired. The BBQ pork bao tasted great, the pastry was wonderful and light, the pork was delicious, but just a bit too much breading to filling ratio. The chili wontons again tasted great with the dough, meat, chili however the dish had a ton of peanuts in it that took away from the highlighted flavors. Cream cheese crab Rangoons were FIRE, absolutely would recommend. Sadly, our truffle pork soup dumplings had only a couple drops of soup in them, and was primarily just dough wrapped meat. We got takeout from here and loved it! Great XLB soup dumplings, loved the pan fried pork buns, the wife and daughter loved the shrimp dumplings and they had a chicken and corn dumpling. Super interesting but really good. The menu here is huge! So we'll be back to try more. If you like din tai fung, go here. This place will make you forget about it, and it's like 1/2 the price AND you don't have to travel to LA. The inside is really big but it's got an awesome vibe to it. This place has potential, the ambiance was not very traditional but had a modern feel to it, and it was clean which was nice. The service was great and staff members were very nice. Food wise we got the fried pork and cabbage dumplings, Dan Dan noodles, Hunan style sautéed pork, and green beans. The dumplings and green beans were great, and would definitely get again. However the Dan Dan noodles and sautéed pork were questionable. I was shocked about the amount of jalapeños used and the sauce for the Dan Dan noodles wasn't great. My friends and I tried uncle Bao for the first time. They absolutely loved the soup dumplings. I loved the rice meals that we tried. Just came back for a second time..... called in a pick up order 25 min before close. When I got there no one but the people working were in the restaurant and they were cleaning. I was very warmly welcomed despite the fact they were very obviously closed - this is not something we saw a lot of living in Vegas for over a decade. We had orange chicken and general tsos chicken andddddddddd - Aaaaafn mazing. This seriously was delicious- like pick your favorite 5 star Asian restaurant in Las Vegas and this beats it hands down. The atmosphere was abuzz with diners, which is always fun. Drove in from the far east valley to Ahwatukee. It's in a strip mall off chandler. Great menu, service was fantastic, very friendly staff. Portions were obscene. And the food tasted great. We had to take so much home that we had a couple of more meals. Look forward to dining here again. A welcomed change for the old Sushi Ken location in Ahwatukee. The food--especially the handmade dumplings and the wontons with chili sauce--was very good, and it feels like a solid neighborhood spot even though they have other locations. Had come try this place as there isn't anything like this in tukee. They have only been open about a week so I know they are still working through balancing volume with opening, it was busy. The inside is very open and bright, which I love that the kitchen part of full glass wall so you can see the ladies making the dumplings by hand. We ordered an assortment of items, chicken fried rice, pork dumplings, chili dumplings, beef and rice and the cold cucumbers. Everything was fresh and so tasty. We will be back for sure- there are so many other dishes we can't wait to try. I will note that some items came out quicker than others which wasn't an issue for us but that might not be for others. I love this place. I saw dumplings and noodles from the road and that was enough to snag me. They have the real deal dumplings, noodles and other authentic Asian dishes. We split pork and shrimp steamed dumplings. I had braised beef noodles and she had pork rib noodles. I watched them make the dumplings from scratch for our order. We had fried bread too. Totally flavorless, no spice in chili dumplings, and executed poorly, as in the dumplings were not wrapped properly. The texture of the dough was off too in each dish. Also, I had to ask for black vinegar with the soup dumplings (which they are supposed to be served with), because they served them with a watered down sweet sauce? Unfortunately, this place has abandoned its authenticity in order to cater to a certain demographic and it shows. Very sad because I really loved Sushi Ken and Tabe Mano. On a positive note, customer service was great. Warm, friendly and attentive. And I like the renovations they did to the space. But if the food is bad that doesn't make up for it. Was in town over weekend. Ordered the Kung Bao Chicken. Is a version of Kung Pao in other restaurants. This chicken was all knuckle meat with tenders and actual pieces of the knuckle bone. Was not 1, was 6 of 8 pieces. Scallion pancake was burned and steamed buns were cold on delivery. How? They make them there? Tried to call and they use an AI bot to answer all questions. If you continue to hold for 45 seconds, the bot will send you to customer service and that is voicemail. No one calls back. Personally don't see this making it, the second restaurant they have opened and influencers are creating a vibe that is not there. read more

My husband and I had a few bites of each and couldn't eat any more - wasted $40 on take out. We ordered the chow mein , beef fried rice, veggie spring rolls and spicy wontons in chili sauce I thought the food was very flavorful my favorite was the spicy wontons they make them by hand and are delicious in the spicy broth the egg rolls we super crispy with the right amount of flavor the rice was cooked well and the chow mein serving was big and flavorful not to spicy these dishes really exceeded my expectations. I also like the atmosphere super clean and the staff was super friendly and seated everyone and brought our food out within 10 minutes I wanted to gate keep this place but it's to good not to share definitely a must try.
