What stood out most was the lack of communication. There was no acknowledgment of the delays, no check-ins, and no apology--not when the food was dropped off, and not even when we left. Given that we had to pay upfront and the price point was $20+ per bowl, it made the experience feel even more disappointing. While the portions were decent and the noodles seemed handmade, the food itself didn't feel particularly special to justify the wait or cost. I truly hope this feedback is helpful.
