There seemed to be three staff members: One cooking, the guy who seated me, and then a lady taking orders and checking on people. I sat there and sat there watching others get seated, their orders taken, and then others receiving their food. Finally I walked up to the lady who was standing near the cash register and I said, "I've never been here so I don't know how this works so do I come up here and put in my order?". She said "Oh are you ready?". I put my order in and sat back down at my table. Shortly afterwards, my drunken noodles order came out and it was delicious. This review got two stars because the food was good. The service was terrible. I think maybe the lady checked on me once during my meal? I don't know why I got this treatment and maybe it was because I was a solo traveler but I have never been treated like this before even though I have solo traveled for years. I usually always leave a good tip too as a solo traveler but to be completely ignored was not good service. I even had to go up to the cash register to ask for my check when I saw the check being delivered to other tables.
