It got to be very entertaining to see what they would do instead of not helping me. To get our shoes we had to fill out what we needed on an iPad that was by the shoes. That was the only way we could get someone's attention. Once we found out what shoes we wanted we had to wait again at the desk because we needed to get the right replacements for the bottom of the shoes. The only way we got someone to help us was to fill out the iPad again that we needed another pair of shoes, but we said no we just need your help once the guy showed up. When we went to check out, we were found out we were given the wrong shoes and so we went and got the sample one so they could get us the right pair. The girl was totally bugged, but they got a pair that was $100 more. I'm going to notice that??? The cashier was very unfriendly, and was also bugged! We stepped back so she could help other customers while we waited. We could've just stood there, made the customers wait while we waited for my correct shoes-- but thought we'd be nice... she didn't smile, say thank you, etc... My boys have played baseball, football, lacrosse, and now golf, and we've always liked Dicks to get their gear. We will not be returning. I'm still amazed as I think about all the employees that walked past us that never once asked how they could help us. One guy had an earpiece in so it looked like he was maybe more in charge than the others and he actually walked past three times with no words said or eye contact! Pretty sad!!! I understand they work in different parts of the store, but they could've called someone to come and help us very easily! We are going to get shoes elsewhere and return the shoes in the morning. No more money will be spent here... and I have spent thousands at Dicks every year... So I guess I will be going back one more time. Sooo bugged!!!

He started by walking us around and showing what they offer, let us know about different promotions ran throughout the week, helped us get our game play set up and visited with us about various things on the simulator and clubs. You all are lucky to have such a great employee! We bought food and drinks from Roosters B Street which is combined in the same building. You can also order food (but not "adult" drinks) from there while you're playing. The game was fun. My husband and I played an hour of best ball, but there are tons of options. It's $40/hr of play, with 4-6 being the ideal number per bay. Very much looking forward to coming back here in the cold weather months!!!

Huge disappointment! The hostess was extremely bitchy and annoyed by our request for a cart and to purchase beer that was for sale behind the counter. This resulted in the "club pro" arriving decked out in his camo cargo shorts asking if, "we had a problem." He was clearly a real tough guy peacocking for the 17-year old working the counter--super creepy vibe. Suffice to say, this is not how you want to start a round of golf. The icing on the cake was being admonished to "keep up with the pace of play" as we walked out of the "clubhouse." For those still reading, the pace of play ended up being 3 hours to play 9-holes. The course was overcrowded with multiple sets of golfers waiting to tee off on each hole. I don't normally write Yelp reviews. In fact, this is my first. That's how unprofessional and alarming this customer experience was for my family. Mulligans Shits Creek is a dump operated by teenagers and a middle-aged pervert. Stay away.

They have two courses, of which I played the "Haunted House" course. Their whole setup is based on these annoying (and wasteful) plastic cards. So even for mini golf, they had to sell me a card with the appropriate value loaded on it, then walk me out to the golf hut, swipe the card, and give me the equipment. And she didn't seem too thrilled about it either. But she did helpfully inform me that the cards cost $0.25, so if I ever wanted to come back, I should hang onto it. I did my best to turn my automatic smirk into a polite smile. And for rural Utah, the course wasn't worth $6.50. Unimaginative, poorly maintained (even for mid-March), and too easy. I shot four under par, if you don't include the three mulligans that I took because the rubber tee mats were bowed and caused my ball to skip. They have a little food area too with pizza, burgers, etc, but take the kids instead to Arctic Circle on Washington Street.

I bought a pair of goggles too and the selection was ample. And the skis were great. Two weeks later, I needed a printout of the receipt, since I'd lost it, and the owner found it for me and texted me a copy promptly. Bravo for extra service. If I need to buy or rent ski gear in SLC again, they will be my #1 choice.

This is not good for a piece of equipment that cost so much and is one of the staple pieces and highlights of our community. It sucks that no one ever gets to use it.
