I went to the gun counter, browsed for a few minutes, then stood at the counter waiting for help. Granted, the employees were busy, but nobody acknowledged me. I stood there for 15 minutes...and nothing. I get it, it's the holiday season and several people were at the counter, but the part that is irritating were the two customers who arrived after me that were helped first.
