He proceeded to continue talking to another man, skipped me over to help a woman about socks then skipped me over AGAIN to help a "walk-in". I went to ask if there was another person help me and he walked over and said it's by appnt only!!! Meanwhile he helped two other "walk-ins" after my turn. Done - there are plenty of amazing options in Utah. They just LOST a great customer that has spent a lot of money at Gorsuch.

The 2-4 people are always to consumed in their own conversation to even say hi. You'll walk around the store, looking for things. Maybe let's say the marked down rack, I can say that it took be 10 minutes of looking to notice that they had a clearance rack. Today I walked in with my friend to buy some jeans, and my friend and I were looking around. Finally I picked some jeans and I waited around looking at the clothes a little more before realizing that the workers were too busy in the middle of the store standing their, having a conversation about one of the people they know spending 4 grand on shoes. I had to stop them talking to get a dressing room, when in other stores they notice. I tried on my clothes and picked out the right size for myself. walking up to the register, and they're still talking amongst themselves, They didn't ask if i found everything I was looking for. They didn't ask if I was happy. They didn't even acknowledged me that I was ready to check out. They kept talking, the only; ONLY words the worker said to me was "cash or card." and I replied as she went back to her convo, the other cashier saying how she would've be the one to spend 4k on shoes but rather go on a vacation. I inserted my card, got it approved, got my pants and walked out. Obviously they don't get paid for customer service and if they're getting paid better than I imagine. She acted as if it was such a big deal and she was going out of her way. The whole time as we were getting rung up she was very unprofessional and had a major attitude the whole time for no reason.
