He told me to wait, that he was going to help him first and come back to me once he was done. I figured if they werent interested in helping me when I was about to spend $4000 on a new e-bike, they probably would be even less interested in helping me with issues after I bought the bike. Seems even more hypocritical when you don't even post your cancellation/raincheck policy on your website. I play about 2 rounds a week, but I'll never play Bountiful Ridge again. Plenty of other courses that actually value your patronage.
