If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. A complete rip-off and absolutely the most…read morereprehensible, rude, unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. I am no Karen but this place was the worst. I took my elderly, handicapped father there to unlock his deceased wife's phone. We were working with Angel who told us he could do it for $75-$125. He took our information, and entered some sort of communication to someone in another location. He said he had to wait for the response then he went behind the repair desk and then out to the floor to work with another customer. My dad and I sat for about 20 minutes wondering what was going on. Tu-Sean arrived and I asked him to help us because we didn't know what was going on. No one communicated to us. As far as we knew, we were being helped and then Angel left us to help someone else without communicating to us. Tu-Sean became VERY defensive, supercilious, and condescending. All I wanted to know was what was going on. I tried to explain no one communicated and he raised his voice to speak over me and tell me it takes time and I needed to be patient. I tried to explain our perspective but he became louder and more condescending so I picked up the cell phone and told my dad we were leaving. Tu-Sean followed me out of the store yelling at me and telling me there wasn't any place else that could do what they were going to do. I told him to stop talking and stop following me. I admit I called him an a-hole because he was yelling at us and treating us like he was superior and we were idiots. I stopped walking on the sidewalk on the way to my car, turned around and he came up to me about an inch away from my face. He was un-masked. I told his to walk away and stop accosting me. He acted as if he was going to attack me, or hit me. And this was supposed to convince me to go back into the store and give him our business? I told him again he was unprofessional and rude and to leave us alone. He continued to yell and act like a playground bully as I got into my car and drove away. The BEST part of this was that we drove to a place called U Break It, I Fix It and guess what? The service tech there pressed a couple of buttons and reset the phone within 2 minutes and didn't charge us anything. So not only was CPR and Tu-Sean unprofessional, but they are frauds and a rip-off. Don't set foot there. You're better off going somewhere else or buying a new phone.

I've been in for repairs including swapping over my info to a new iPhone, which they did quickly and at a reasonable rate. Most recently I went in for some longer charging cables for my new Android. Not only did they have what I needed in stock, but they gave me an awesome price. The owner is kind and helpful. It's clear to me that he really knows his stuff. I would definitely recommend this place for any cell phone repairs, parts or accessories you need. They're by far the best around.

I absolutely will tell everyone never to go hear for anything the guy is rude and disrespectful.

On Tuesday, 1/17/17, after running a number of diagnostics on my wife's MacBook, I concluded that…read morethe hard drive was shot. It wasn't the end of the world since we're meticulous about backing up our data. Nonetheless, I needed to have the hard drive replaced. I was going to take it to the Apple Store, but the reviews I read about their charges encouraged me to find another option. Unfortunately, in the Lancaster, PA area there aren't a whole lot of options for Mac computer repairs. Then, I remembered that one of my sons took his iMac to have a hard drive replaced at Pham Computers and was entirely satisfied. So, I contacted them and they said yes they would replace the hard drive in my MacBook even though they're primarily a PC shop. So, I stopped by on Wednesday to drop of the laptop and spoke to Zach who was very helpful. Much to my pleasant surprise, I was contacted later that day and they told me that the drive was replaced and as (gratis) bonus they would image the data on my old hard drive and copy it to the new drive potentially saving me some time in doing a TimeMachine restore. I received a call the following day to say they were successful in saving all of my data and that the computer was ready for pick up -- WOW, A 24 HR. TURNAROUND!! My wife went there to pay later that day and was astonished at how inexpensive the repair was. I was too. What a great tip to take it there. Thanks Pham Computers!
