It was very easy to set up and runs like a charm, unlike a brand new much more expensive system I bought from a well-known computer manufacturer a few years back. The people who waited on me at JC Computing were professional and knowledgeable. The only negative comment I have is that at some point before I bought the computer, I called and left a message at the business asking for a call back and didn't receive one. It's always possible that they didn't get my message. Other than that I had a positive buying experience.

The best part is the techs there lack the computer nerd condescension that is all too common at these kinds of places. The only negative is that their access on RT 30, if you are coming from York, is you must double back on RT 30 to get in their parking lot. A small price to pay for the best service around.

Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. i have been trying for the past few months to contact this company, in regards to a touch screen i…read morehad taken in to be repaired. i have made numerous calls and no one ever answers the phone. this coming March will be TWO YEARS that this company has had my property. i was told about six months ago when i finally did get through, well someone actually answered the phone, that they could not find the single part needed to fix the machine, and could only find the whole board that the faulty part was on. we told them to go ahead and get the whole board and replace it. NOTHING!!!!!!!! no calls to say it is done. no one answering when we call. the machine was a gift to me from my sister and i would really like it back, REPAIRED!!!! upon doing some digging, i found out that i am the third person with this problem with this company at this address. i am highly upset and very disgusted with this matter and this company. very poor customer relations and as far as i see it right now..... a thief!
