Where I will lightly criticize, is they needed more of the smaller models on display, and more of them stored closer to the ground, as I did need employee assistance to retrieve one. We completed a sale over the phone and the salesperson made sure the over the range would definitely fit and was the right product. The installers came out when they were scheduled in a timely manner and called before they came. Once here, they were extremely efficient, friendly and so experienced in what they were doing, it was installed in a record amount of time. They were neat and left no mess behind.
