I stopped at this post office as it was most convenient to my errands that day. There is a good…read moresized parking lot. When I arrived there were several folks in front of me but employees were at most of the desks and the line moved quickly. The employee who helped me even apologized for the wait which I didn't think was long at all. But I am used to the extremely long waits and bad service at the post office closer to me. So venturing out to other post offices lets me know they aren't all like that and some are even pleasant. This office also carries a large variety of stamps if you are looking for specific ones.

Parking is fine here- I walk in and there are multiple people waiting at the closed accordion door. One person said she came in before work early in the morning and they were closed and came back then they were still closed and the another person said they had been there since 2 or earlier and waited 45 minutes and they were still closed due to "lunch break" By 2:40, when I opened the gate door to confront the woman at her "lunch break" she said that her lunch started at 2:30pm. I asked when it was over so we knew when to come back and she just reiterated 2:30 and kept yammering on about it being her lunch break. How is that possible if someone else was here before 2:30 and she was no where to help? I'm going back today to resolve my key issue and hope at 10:30am they aren't on lunch break. As a note, most location INCLUDE lunch times and this one's signs did not. How are people supposed to know what is lunch hour and plan accordingly? FedEx to the rescue!…read more We were preparing for a grand opening in Wendell, and one of our activations involved a scavenger hunt with custom "golden tickets." I had ordered everything in advance and had it shipped directly to the site. FedEx showed the package as delivered and signed for, but once we started searching the mailroom, the package was nowhere to be found. Time for Plan B. Thankfully, I had the original ticket file. I sent it to this FedEx Office on Capital Boulevard around noon and requested a straightforward print job: color tickets, approximately 3 1/2 x 6 inches, printed on regular paper and cut to size. Nothing elaborate, but I needed them that day. By 6:30 p.m., they were ready -- and perfect. I had to drive into Raleigh from Wendell because there wasn't a convenient FedEx Office near the client site, but the trip was worth it. Pickup was quick, parking was easy right in front, the staff was professional, and most importantly, the finished product was exactly what I needed. No drama. No complications. They simply got the job done. I've always had good experiences with FedEx. It can cost a little more than some alternatives, but I appreciate the tracking and accountability, especially when I'm shipping or printing something important for work. When you're facing a deadline, reliability matters. And since I was already driving into Raleigh, I made a lovely dinner reservation afterward. Crisis solved AND dinner? I'll take the win! My one note if you're scanning is that the scanners can only do about 10 pages at a time if you're scanning and sending to an email address. So it can take a little bit if you have a big print project.

I came the other day after being refused help at another USPS location. The agent took my package which had a small mistake in how I had addressed it (actual location on the package) and didn't say a word, other than she was going to stick a label on it to make it more clear. This was all the agent at the other location had to offer instead of being a jerk. Agent # 11 at this location (Oberlin Village) was so pleasant, and nice and simply cut a sticky label paper small piece and we stuck it over my mistaken addressing to make it more clear and bam, mailed, no problem!
