Parking is fine here- I walk in and there are multiple people waiting at the closed accordion door. One person said she came in before work early in the morning and they were closed and came back then they were still closed and the another person said they had been there since 2 or earlier and waited 45 minutes and they were still closed due to "lunch break" By 2:40, when I opened the gate door to confront the woman at her "lunch break" she said that her lunch started at 2:30pm. I asked when it was over so we knew when to come back and she just reiterated 2:30 and kept yammering on about it being her lunch break. How is that possible if someone else was here before 2:30 and she was no where to help? I'm going back today to resolve my key issue and hope at 10:30am they aren't on lunch break. As a note, most location INCLUDE lunch times and this one's signs did not. How are people supposed to know what is lunch hour and plan accordingly? Shanrelle helps me out the lady with the short blonde hair and Josie she's super fast the fastest I have seen. all lovely ladies and the best team I seen in a while. go work ladies I love the free tape as well. no other station has free tape!

When I arrived there were several folks in front of me but employees were at most of the desks and the line moved quickly. The employee who helped me even apologized for the wait which I didn't think was long at all. But I am used to the extremely long waits and bad service at the post office closer to me. So venturing out to other post offices lets me know they aren't all like that and some are even pleasant. This office also carries a large variety of stamps if you are looking for specific ones.

Without a word, they have corrected my mistakes, waited patiently for me, repacked, rewrote package labels, and other services that are too vast to mention. I will drive 20 miles out of the way to come here so that I don't have to deal with the nitwits at the Post Office inside the Eagle Station on Glenwood Ave!

I came the other day after being refused help at another USPS location. The agent took my package which had a small mistake in how I had addressed it (actual location on the package) and didn't say a word, other than she was going to stick a label on it to make it more clear. This was all the agent at the other location had to offer instead of being a jerk. Agent # 11 at this location (Oberlin Village) was so pleasant, and nice and simply cut a sticky label paper small piece and we stuck it over my mistaken addressing to make it more clear and bam, mailed, no problem! These are the kind of employees USPS needs and needs to keep around! Good job and thank you so much, will be staying with this location for my services.

So going in to send off my package I was already annoyed because I didn't realize using my old USPS…read morepriority box was going to force them to do priority shipping .. she offered to put another box but then I'd have to buy my own tape which I Just bought some right before dropping this package off so I wasn't wanting to do that. I placed all my stuff neatly in the box because it was my mom's gifts and I wanted it to look good when it was opened. Immediately the lady flipped it on its side and I'm like can you be a little careful because I just put all that stuff right side up and now it's probably on its side and she said well it'll go through a lot more than just me picking it up, which I get but if I knew for whatever reason it would be flipped on the side to begin with, I would've made sure everything was laying down tightly together. I then told her put a fragile sticker then . So she did . My mom's box arrived torn open with items missing. Like seriously guys do better. Also it says u have to wait 19 days to report something like this?? I should be able to report missing items immediately!!!! Won't do this ever again, you ruined my mom's day, thanks.

Paulette immediately starts knocking the tapes used on my box saying that I had to ship it a certain way because of the tape already on the box. That's the tape that was already on the box. Long story short she gave me such a hard time with the tape that I just picked up the box and said I'd take it to UPS where they don't give a flying flip about the taped used to seal a box. And the said thing about this is I have no way of letting a manager or anyone higher than Paulette know about the crummy service we received.
