The agent took my package which had a small mistake in how I had addressed it (actual location on the package) and didn't say a word, other than she was going to stick a label on it to make it more clear. This was all the agent at the other location had to offer instead of being a jerk. Agent # 11 at this location (Oberlin Village) was so pleasant, and nice and simply cut a sticky label paper small piece and we stuck it over my mistaken addressing to make it more clear and bam, mailed, no problem! My husband and I both have the free USPS service "Informed Delivery Daily Digest," which sends e-mails to you with pictures of the mail that is coming each day. Therefore, we know when mail is missing. Last week a refund check that was coming to my husband, that we got a scan of, went missing. Today I was missing a COBRA info mailing from my husband's former employer and another bill. I waited in line for 15 minutes only to deal with the most condescending, rude and unhelpful man. He was not one of the clerks, it was a taller African American man who looked to be some kind of manager. He told me there is no guarantee on pieces of mail being delivered and seemed like he could give two craps about my issues. How about some faked empathy? Why so rude and combative?? I guess it's MY problem that USPS is losing my mail and not his. I told him about my issues and he completely brushed me off. I have already written to my former congressperson in FL about my mail not being properly forwarded, but I guess I'll be writing to one here too and filing complaints online about the mail here.

Paulette immediately starts knocking the tapes used on my box saying that I had to ship it a certain way because of the tape already on the box. That's the tape that was already on the box. Long story short she gave me such a hard time with the tape that I just picked up the box and said I'd take it to UPS where they don't give a flying flip about the taped used to seal a box. And the said thing about this is I have no way of letting a manager or anyone higher than Paulette know about the crummy service we received.
