Their pricing and process was straightforward. Our move date was September 13. The communication with Darlene and Rosie leading up to our move was great. I was told I would have a 4 person crew, but I ended up with a 5 person crew with no extra charge. The day of the move, Vince called 30 minutes ahead of the team's arrival and adjusted his arrival time by 15 minutes to accommodate my schedule. Vince and his crew (Emerson, Chance, Mario and D) were excellent. They were professional, on time, courteous and took great care with our furniture and belongings. I really appreciated the special care they gave in helping with small things that could have been big things had they not stepped in to help. Excellent team. Excellent crew! Excellent experience!

Our lease was up. No flexibility. Total panic mode. After nearly an hour on the phone going nowhere, I had to find a new moving company immediately. I jumped on Yelp, found A2 Moving, and honestly just had a good feeling. The photos, the reviews, the vibes--it felt right. Huge relief when they told me they had two movers available last minute. Adam and Sean showed up and completely saved the day. Not only did they move everything from OC to LA efficiently, but they also helped pack fragile items like our TV and even packed an entire closet of clothes and shoes that I had zero time to deal with. Above and beyond. They were fast, careful, kind, and flexible--and at $109/hour, it was more than fair for the level of help they provided. Even my mom (who is extremely picky about people) couldn't stop talking about how impressed she was with how hard they worked. If you're looking for a local moving company that's reliable, professional, and actually shows up when you need them--go with A2 Moving. It was easy to book, the workers were great, and efficient w moving our supplies. I think one thing that could've been communicated better were the kitchen supplies. I had asked for them to also pack them, but toward the end of the service, they suggested I bring them in our vehicles so that they didn't break in their transportation which could also add up extra time to pack and ship. Not an issue, just something to note. Also, the mattress that we had asked to cover w our personal mattress cover was instead bent and shrink wrapped. It kind of compromises your integrity of the bed after a couple of moves, so just another thing to consider. Otherwise, those company was efficient, respectful, and honest. Thank you!

Scheduling was seamless from the moment I reached out for a quote. On the day of the move, they actually arrived earlier than expected, which immediately set the tone. They originally estimated around 2-3 hours for loading, but they were so efficient they only took 1.25 hours! I was wildly impressed. With the extra time, they offered to help load the items I had set aside for my car, taking extra trips to carry the remainder of items from my apartment out to my car. When I got to my new home, they had already arrived and were immediately ready to unload, which to my shock, again, only took only 45 minutes despite it being 100 degrees. Everything was placed in the correct rooms as labeled. They made sure to stack boxes against the walls in a strategically organized fashion, leaving plenty of walkway room, which has not always been the case for me in the past. They also took the time to ask where smaller, unlabeled items, like lamps, mirrors, and wall art, should be placed instead of placing them randomly (which is what I had expected and would have been perfectly happy with!). At no point did I feel like I needed to watch over them or worry about things being handled carelessly. Everything arrived exactly as expected, undamaged, and accounted for. There was not a single item damaged or broken. I want to give a special shout out to Rob who went the extra mile (literally and figuratively!) to ensure the entire process was smooth, organized, and well run from start to finish. As someone who is self-employed in client-facing work, it was easy to tell that Rob cares about the customer service aspect of his job just as much as the duties. Rob and his team were truly a blessing to work with, I am hiring them again for my upcoming move. I look forward to working with you again soon!
