This time, I happened to notice the flashing amber light and Googled it, told the repair person it said "battery or battery connection error" - then noticed that the power port was very loose. Asked them to repair AND TEST before calling me to pick it up AGAIN, so I didn't make yet ANOTHER trip for an issue that was not resolved. Manager called 2 days later the next to say they were not sure how long it would take to repair or I could come get the laptop AND a refund. Told manager, Jashon, that I would come in and pick the laptop up and wanted the refund since they still did not know what was wrong with it. Went in to pick up and get refund, Jashon gave me a refund MINUS $50 for troubleshooting. I said I should get a full refund as they still did not know what was wrong with it AND that I had driven out here TWICE before and the issue was not resolved. Jashon said he could escalate to his manager and I ended up leaving as no one else was working and I did not want to wait. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE as they do not TEST their repairs. A service center should know to test their repair BEFORE calling the customer to pick their item up. I should have a FULL REFUND as they still did not know what was wrong with the laptop and it was not fixed!!!
