The first time I visited this place, the man was nice and was able to fix my broken phone screen in about 2 hours time. After a while, I noticed a problem with the proximity sensor when I called people and tried to make voice notes. This is because the manager placed the screen on my phone the wrong way. It was very frustrating having to go back and have him fix HIS own mistake with my phone, and in the process, he proceeded to BREAK the screen while fixing it. He didn't seem remorseful and asked me to come back the next day to fix it once again, not taking into account the amount of gas money I had wasted going back and forth to his shop. After finally fixing it the right way (something he should have done the first time) I was able to use the phone with no problems. Fast Forward to now, a month after the phone was fixed, ANOTHER problem arose. My phone started showing green beams after I would turn it off, it progressively got worse until I wasn't even able to use the phone anymore.. Y'all can imagine how angry I was at this point. To put the cherry on top, I called the shop, told them what was going on and was told that I could come in 3-4 days to have it fixed. 3 days pass, I call them and they say the piece had not arrived yet and that I would get a call tomorrow morning(today). I got no call so I had to call back myself today and ask what was going on. I got an answer that I wouldn't be able to get my phone fixed for another 4 DAYS because they didn't have the piece yet. Now I'm left with an unusable phone and a furious mood. This could all have been avoided if they weren't so clumsy with my phone and got it right the first time. Calling it a "one-stop full repair company" has to be the furthest thing from the truth.

Manager called 2 days later the next to say they were not sure how long it would take to repair or I could come get the laptop AND a refund. Told manager, Jashon, that I would come in and pick the laptop up and wanted the refund since they still did not know what was wrong with it. Went in to pick up and get refund, Jashon gave me a refund MINUS $50 for troubleshooting. I said I should get a full refund as they still did not know what was wrong with it AND that I had driven out here TWICE before and the issue was not resolved. Jashon said he could escalate to his manager and I ended up leaving as no one else was working and I did not want to wait. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE as they do not TEST their repairs. A service center should know to test their repair BEFORE calling the customer to pick their item up. I should have a FULL REFUND as they still did not know what was wrong with the laptop and it was not fixed!!!
