I was informed yesterday morning around 6:30 AM my delivery will be anytime between 4-7PM. About 5:00 I received a call they weren't able to make it. ALL WEEK I had been receiving emails and texts making sure I had the area prepped and ready for delivery and installation which I did. I called Best Buy this morning to see what was going on. I spent over an hour on the phone with four different people, being transferred around, and endless elevator music to get absolutely NOTHING accomplished. I finally ended up cancelling the order. Obviously no one cared on their end. A business that doesn't blink an eye about atrocious customer service.

They COMPLETELY FAILED to explain the features including needing to buy cometely new set of pots and pans for the "magnetized" surface and that the grills wouldn't heat unless a pan was sitting on it. To date Shermans has done absolutely NOTHING to correct my stove and refrigerator expenses toyaling an ADDITIONAL $500!!! Be careful in your purchased with them!

The salesperson stated that they would call me at 7 am on the given date and give me a 2 hour window on when the delivery would take place. They never called in morning. They texted late in the morning stating I was #10 on the delivery schedule. I replied asking for the 2 hour window, and they didn't reply. This seems to be a pattern with shermans and their incompetence. When they finally did show up, they stated they wouldn't remove the old refrigerator and left the new one just inside the house and left. Shermans never reached out to me to refund the money they took for the delivery, installation, and removal. I assume they thought they could just steal it. I was sent a text to rate their services. I rated it very low and stated I needed to be contacted over my refund. Again the ghosted me with no response. Several days later I received another text wanting to rate my experience. It had a phone number stating to call anytime during work hours if you have an issue. I called, no one answered. I left a message and texted back a 2nd time asking about my refund. I finally received a call from Kaitlyn Steffen (store manager). She had a waterfall of excuses on why they screwed up so badly, but when i came to my refund, they were only going to give me 50%. I stated without installation and removal the delivery charge is only $50 and I deserve more than that back. Kaitlyn argued that they brought it a few feet into the house, so she had to charge me. My point was that if they were not going to install / remove the old one, they should have just left it in the garage and not charged me the extra money to walk it a few feet into the house and then fail at the rest of the delivery process (install/removal). Kaitlyn, was obviously clueless on the phrase "customer satisfaction" and insisted on not refunding the proper amount. I have bought tens of thousands of dollars of appliances and furniture at shermans over the year, but now I know I will never shop their again. I hope their upper management understand how poorly their lower level managers are performing and how much business they are costing them. Sincerly, Very disappointed customer

The management of this story seems to not be thinking clearly in relation to the disabled who need your electric carts to shop In particular, they've decided to block the nearest entrance int the coffee shop where the electric carts are charging. It would be fine, but they also place displays in front of the coffee shop railing which causes the disabled to walk around who need the railing to keep from falling. As I am one who struggles walking at longer distances, I could be severely hurt as I walk with a prosthetic leg. The other option is to place the electric carts closer to the regular shopping carts to charge them I am just trying to make a better suggestion that could save you from a handicapped person serious injury in your store Thank you, Edward A Casto
