    Unbelievable delivery. I purchased a Profile stove, microwave and refrigerator. Refrigerator came today. Crew was rude and unprofessional. Water supply was leaking and they said not their responsibility. Also one said the old was not unloaded. I told them they were two hours early and didn't want food to set out. They were put off by my frustration and while I was in the basement tending to the leak they left. Installation was not complete as was still out in the kitchen. Was pushed back as far as they could and instead of lowering the casters they left it as-is. I couldn't even open the doors above the refrigerator. I called the cell three times until the lead guy answered. I said the installation was not complete and they said it was and literally hung up on me. I called customer service and sat in hold so long I left a message. They are sending a manager to complete. DO NOT BUY from Sherman's. .

    Where the water came through.

    I bought a new dishwasher. They broke my countertop installing it and I understood that mistakes happen. Upon reinstalling it after the countertop was replaced, it dumped water downstairs ruining a ceiling and wall. Then the dishwasher wouldn't even work and is now out of warranty. They don't care. I've never had such a poor experience with a company.

    Refrigerator door

    I have been waiting for refrigerator doors for 6 months that were damaged by Sherman's service technicians. Twice now they have scheduled a day to come and replace them only to receive a call stating that they made a mistake...the doors are not in. I do not understand how this happens. No answers, just get excuses. The damage that was done was done by service technicians from Shermans. I expected better from this company. I do not recommend Sherman's and will not ever shop there again. Very disappointing.

For every XX amount you spent you got X amount back in spending cash that could only be used on January 7th 2022. I went ahead and purchased over 4k of products on this day that would be part of this "Cash Back" promotion. Me and my wife were given a yellow paper "see attached" with a specific set of steps that had to be followed to get said "cash back" which I followed and submitted on 11-29-2021. Upon submitting on the website it stated that I would receive a email with my cash back amount, from what we were told it would be roughly 40% of the total we spent that day. As with most people we left for our Christmas vacation / New Years and upon getting back after the holidays I started searching for this email with no luck. The store is closed Monday - Tuesday & Wednesday and opened on Thursday the 7th the day that the promotion had to be used by. I made several attempts to call the number given prior to the 7th to try and get this resolved but the phone number would just ring, it would then state the voice mailbox is full. I drove out to the store the morning of the 7th and tried to get a resolution and was given a number to the owner "Ken Humphrey" which I did make contact with and expressed the situation. Ken was not willing to do anything other than lay all the blame on me for not contacting them sooner, I challenge anyone to call this number and make contact 309-713-2099. I did have a computer trace log along with screen shot that I did go to their website and fill out the form on 11-27-21 and emailed it to Ken not that he was going to do anything with it as he had already stated he "couldn't or wouldn't do anything because it was the day of the promotion.. If anyone local was to come in my local owned business and spend 4k and then find they didn't get a promotion because of whatever reason I would do something in hopes to get returned business that was just not the case here. Will never spend another dime here. Don't risk your hard earned money in hopes they will follow through with warranties or promotions. Also pay attention to the receipt as it does state on the bottom "ALL PRODUCTS SOLD AS IS. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS."
