I've seen this item at HomeGoods. I've seen this item before and it's 1499 but yet they are pricing at 3999. It was kind of unbelievable I wish I would've taken pictures and taken pictures of the same items at a different store so I can show you but I know prices and their prices are too high. The salesperson stated that they would call me at 7 am on the given date and give me a 2 hour window on when the delivery would take place. They never called in morning. They texted late in the morning stating I was #10 on the delivery schedule. I replied asking for the 2 hour window, and they didn't reply. This seems to be a pattern with shermans and their incompetence. When they finally did show up, they stated they wouldn't remove the old refrigerator and left the new one just inside the house and left. Shermans never reached out to me to refund the money they took for the delivery, installation, and removal. I assume they thought they could just steal it. I was sent a text to rate their services. I rated it very low and stated I needed to be contacted over my refund. Again the ghosted me with no response. Several days later I received another text wanting to rate my experience. It had a phone number stating to call anytime during work hours if you have an issue. I called, no one answered. I left a message and texted back a 2nd time asking about my refund. I finally received a call from Kaitlyn Steffen (store manager). She had a waterfall of excuses on why they screwed up so badly, but when i came to my refund, they were only going to give me 50%. I stated without installation and removal the delivery charge is only $50 and I deserve more than that back. Kaitlyn argued that they brought it a few feet into the house, so she had to charge me. My point was that if they were not going to install / remove the old one, they should have just left it in the garage and not charged me the extra money to walk it a few feet into the house and then fail at the rest of the delivery process (install/removal). Kaitlyn, was obviously clueless on the phrase "customer satisfaction" and insisted on not refunding the proper amount. I have bought tens of thousands of dollars of appliances and furniture at shermans over the year, but now I know I will never shop their again. I hope their upper management understand how poorly their lower level managers are performing and how much business they are costing them. Sincerly, Very disappointed customer

Not a huge selection, but again, they are being phased out on the natural fireplaces. My Husband and his Brother did the installation themselves bc KBL's guy was having surgery and doing it ourselves saved a lot on labor. Kevin at KBL was fantastic from start to finish. Excellent salesman and willing to talk and educate you on whatever you need in regards to your home build. He also promised to take back whatever parts we didn't need after the installation....and he did. We are now having some warranty work and we feel confident it will all go fine. KBL is lucky to have Kevin!
