He then stated he would replace the battery and charged more. After weeks off having the phone it was obvious he wasn't going to fix it. I took it to a PROFESSIONAL and was told the cheap screen he replaced it with was causing the battery not to charge. When it was actually replaced correctly with the proper equipment found out he damaged the front camera. Ended up paying way more to fix the initial problem plus the ones he caused. So they are fast but might be too fast and miss some details with reconnecting a new screen to you phone. I have gone other times and it has been great! It was $125 for new iPhoneXR screen so it is definitely on the pricey side. Sad that this last time has made my phone more difficult to use. A refund or re-repair would be lovely but I have lost that receipt since because I am used to trusting their services.
