I went back the day after getting the Pixel to switch back to iPhone because I did not like the layout and it was too big of a change for me. The man working the night before, London, was very friendly and did a great job switching our phones. However, the following night, I went in 45 minutes before they were closed to switch my phone back to iphone and the lady, Chris, wasn't so sufficient at her job. I wasn't greeted by the manager and I felt very rushed. She did not check my phone after switching to make sure it was working (ended that my SIMS card was broke). As I got home, I realized she deactivated my number and transfered my dad's number to mine instead; leaving him with no phone to use. As we went back the following morning at (at 9 AM because that's what the online website said), they were closed and Matthew Allen (the other manager) was quite rude. We came back an hour later and when I asked what manager and blonde girl was working last night, he was playing on his phone and would not look up. He mumbled that there were several people working so he wouldn't know. I said there were 3 people working. He said there are 2 ladies that work there so he wouldn't be able to tell me who helped me. I said well, one was a lady manager and the other was a worker. He said her name was probably Chris. Both managers that I encountered in 2 days were not very pleasant to encounter and neither was Chris. I would suggest going to a different Verizon store if you'd like better customer service. read more
