I set up an appointment with Clay Rebholz at 11:30 today and he was with a customer and we waited for 25 minutes and someone else helped us we left the phones old ones to transfer to new phones he said all would transfer which they did not. This place is JOKE!! We were there for 2 hours because no one helped us the whole time it was in between other customers. The reviews tell the truth. Avoid this store and Verizon. The response from the owner of this store is the same response everyone receives; I am sorry ! You should be looking at your Reviews! Terrible!! You are not correcting the problem just brushing it to the side. We made an appointment with The Man of Clay at 11:30 he was with someone at the time and for an hour never apologized of said anything to or looked at us. I was told by Verizon support that when my Apple Watch stopped working randomly, I could come in here and have it replaced. Apparently not, according to this store who refused to honor that. This Verizon is giving me the run around and now I'm paying a stupid amount for a watch that can't even tel me the time. Absolutely not helpful. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely not satisfied and now will be looking for other service providers, as this is not my first horrible in store experience with Verizon. read more

This has been my go to location from the beginning of time (well, you know, since the cell phone era). My most recent visit was this past weekend and it was seamless and awesome, as all my visits have been. Though this location is busy on weekends, there is always someone who greets me right away. There have been a few visits that have been fairly long, but my most recent was so quick and easy. Customer service is an A+ here. I feel like they have a great balance of getting people in and out without feeling rushed. I have never had a question they couldn't answer. The staff knows their stuff. When I come in to upgrade, my new phone is always set up perfectly. On top of great customer service, I have always loved having Verizon. Though prices may be on the higher end, the service is flawless. The only reason I would ever switch is if prices exceeded my budget. Might I suggest a price break for those of us that have been loyal customers since the beginning? I didn't want to replace my previous review, just add to it. I guess my mom was jealous of my new iPhone and wanted one too! She was very nervous about switching over to a smart phone. Ben, (le sigh, with those dreamy baby blues), guided her through the basics and made her feel really confident about her new phone. I love that I always get great customer service there from people who really know there stuff. Even the people not directly helping us are always friendly. This has always been my "go to" branch, but I recently had a very bad experience there. I HATE that you have to tell them your name the instant you walk in the door. Saying "just browsing, thanks" gets you nothing but further aggravation from other reps. Before I could object, and without asking me whether there was anything on that old phone that I wanted to save, (i.e. not backed up), the rep snatched my old phone, went into the back room, and essentially bricked it. Of course, there was one program that I needed that I had forgotten, and of course, the data in that app could no be reconstructed. When they gave me my old phone back, it was locked and they refused to unlock it or tell me how to do it myself. Went from a Galaxy S6 to a Galaxy S8. How am I supposed to give that phone to my nephew in its locked state, or sell it on eBay? If my nephew wants it he will have to add it to a network to have phone service. Guess what? It WON'T be Verizon. read more

We decided it was time for new phones and traded in our old 6s. In the content transfer we didn't get great service. It seems that of the three people who attempted to help us, none of them was truly capable. They could not figure out how to sync our two phones to our calendar. Furthermore when my husband calls this store number the answering message is in Spanish only. And no one could figure out how to change that. Would not recommend this store or it's manager in any way. read more

My mother recently purchased a new iPhone at this store, and they helped her to select a case for it as well. She was having problems with touch sensitivity on the screen, and my cousin looked at it and saw that the case was warped such that the screen protector was not fitting properly. They took it back to the store, but the staff there were unhelpful and just told her that she would have to contact the company who made the product on her own. The staff person was also fairly rude about the situation. My feeling is that one of the values of a store like this is to be helpful to people who are a bit older as they adopt new technology. But in this, they failed completely. I would recommend just buying your iPhone on the apple website and buying a case on amazon. They at least stand behind their products, and their customer service is very good. If the benefit of going to an actual store is that you get someone rudely telling you to just contact the manufacturer, then what is the point? read more

I had heard so much about verizon customer service and I was thoroughly disappointed. I have AT & T and wanted to transfer to Verizon and get a new phone as well. I ordered online on 10/30/2013 , requesting a store pick-up. I got an email confirmation saying the order is confirmed but I should not go to the store at this point. I will get an email or a response from the store when my order will be ready. After hours of talking to customer service almost every day , I found out on 11/06/2013 that my order was cancelled as I had not picked it up. I went to the store with the print out of the email and was told flat out they dont know anything about emails and they dont know why I got the email not to go to store to pick item up till I got an email from them. It turned into a blame game and no one was willing to accept responsibility. I was just told to 'have a good day' and that was the end of it. Now why would anyone want verizon? read more

I'm on a tight budget and the customer service rep helped me get the least expensive plan possible, even though it probably did them little good. The guys there spent a lot of time helping me, despite my problems being time consuming and of little value to them. I really appreciated the service and respect. read more
