He admitted they were capable of doing the job correctly, but stated I would have to reorder and pay a second time just to get what I originally ordered. He chose financial opportunism and evasion over basic customer service. A manager who refuses to take ownership of store errors makes this location entirely unreliable for business or personal needs.

It is very unfortunate that the new owners feel biased to the customer base they come into business to serve. Not only was the quality GREAT, the prices are reasonable and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I was prepared to put in a huge order, but I had to contact them due to payment difficulties... They helped me from beginning to end with the order and made sure it got printed in a timely manner. I didn't realize they were running a special on photos, and I was fully prepared to spend what I thought I owed, but they let me know about the discount and then cut off a huge chunk off of my total, which was AMAZING as a small business owner at Christmas time. Absolutely going to come back here as long as they are around - nothing beats great customer service.
