I had a terrible experience at this FedEx location due to a severe lack of leadership from the…read moremanager, Derek. Mistakes happen, but Derek's handling of a botched order showed a complete lack of character. Instead of offering a standard reprint, he immediately went on the defensive to avoid accountability. The worst part? He admitted they were capable of doing the job correctly, but stated I would have to reorder and pay a second time just to get what I originally ordered. He chose financial opportunism and evasion over basic customer service. A manager who refuses to take ownership of store errors makes this location entirely unreliable for business or personal needs.
