I'd give them ZERO stars if I could…read more I had bought an 18x30" wheeled dolly for home hemodialysis. I decided to go back to in-center dialysis instead. I had a return label from the shipper. Hobbling in on my cane with my oxygen machine, I got to the door, where they brought it in. I told them I had no printer at home and wanted them to print off the label. They wanted $2 for that. Then they wanted $23 to box it up. I brought it in exactly how it was shipped to me.THAT WAS ALMOST AS MUCH AS THE ITEM! I told them they could keep it instead and they did. 10 days later I found it waiting on my doorstep. Packaged exactly as I brought it in (the way they said UPS would refuse to accept it).

From a simple prepaid return, to an overseas shipment, she does everything thoroughly and with a smile. Note to those sending overseas packages, you may experience issues trying to deal with others who work here who may tell you they cannot ship to another country, but they CAN and I think this is a training issue. Be sure to come in (during the week) when Ashley is there if you have an overseas parcel to mail. My brother has tried to ship something to Australia from this store only to be turned away. He went back on a weekday and Ashley was able to send it without issue. Another gentleman here (don't know his name) has assisted us with AT&T equipment returns and also helped us send some faxes. This guy does not know how to do the overseas shipping either as I have tried. But, he was very patient with me with the equipment return and did everything right to return the equipment to the vendor. Thanks Ashley for doing a great job!

I wanted to send a gift to a old friend in the burbs yet I did not want to take the fews hours of time to drive & spend the all the $$$ on gas so I swing in here expecting to have to pay for packing materials boxes etc... Nope I just gave them the address & $20.00 got a receipt & I was out the door that simple so easy it was unreal. from this piont forward any large packages I have going out are going through the UPS store it does not get any easier than this.
