I witnessed and…read moreexperienced favored dialogue and pleasant communication with Caucasian and Arab customers, but unpleasant and short, no greeting or willingness to help individuals that are indigenous to this land. It is very unfortunate that the new owners feel biased to the customer base they come into business to serve. I will be sharing my experience with a few acquaintances in the media and reporters of the local news. I will be keeping an eye out to see the results and hopefully a change of attitude from UPS workers and owners.

I have had outstanding service the last three times I have been here with the associate Ashley. She…read moreknows her job very well and is very pleasant. From a simple prepaid return, to an overseas shipment, she does everything thoroughly and with a smile. Note to those sending overseas packages, you may experience issues trying to deal with others who work here who may tell you they cannot ship to another country, but they CAN and I think this is a training issue. Be sure to come in (during the week) when Ashley is there if you have an overseas parcel to mail. My brother has tried to ship something to Australia from this store only to be turned away. He went back on a weekday and Ashley was able to send it without issue. Another gentleman here (don't know his name) has assisted us with AT&T equipment returns and also helped us send some faxes. This guy does not know how to do the overseas shipping either as I have tried. But, he was very patient with me with the equipment return and did everything right to return the equipment to the vendor. Thanks Ashley for doing a great job!
