My personal experience with this business was the worse out of all my 7 professional dealings with…read morephotographers. I specifically asked her "would I have access to all the pics on a CD or online somewhere or is it literally just how many poses in the packet?" And her response was "I do have online proof access of other poses." { I have had 3 professional photographers in Atlanta give me access either by disc, usb, or temp access of proofs online AND four photographers in Peoria do the same and is why i asked her} NOW If I already had access to the poses that were included in the packet, what would other poses mean??!?! Well Shaun apparently thought that meant none since she later claimed AFTER taking my money that it's not her practice to give online access to all poses. Which was clear from my question that's what I was interested in. She instead chose to lead me on maybe bc she needed the gig that bad. Another problem was that she chose the photos FOR me and sent proofs i specifically said I didnt like and were blurry. So bc of all of this I requested to meet her as a follow up so that I could choose my own photos I wanted to buy with the money I had given her. She acted like that was so out of the ordinary for a person to choose their own photos. Out of the 80 photos she claim she took, there were literally like 8 okay ones. My sister took better pictures on her iphone of the shoot and somehow had better poses. So i was disappointed that none of the poses my sis captured were on her camera. She admitted that one particular set of pictures in a certain outfit was blurry so she didnt have many to choose from. (Which were the ones I was most excited to get so that was a major let down) When we both decided to cancel the contract we couldnt agree on a refund amount bc at one point she stated she had "rights" in my photos which totally tee'd me off so i then i requested a full refund based on that vindictive statement. I sued her for my money back bc i no longer wanted her lacking product- I was not impressed, but she was ordered to give me the photos after she lied and stated she had already ordered and printed them. Which couldn't have been so since the entire thing was canceled hours after our second meeting and she hadnt even processed the order that evening. (Also note she is FB friends w/judge which is suspect and could explain her attitude every time she spoke, but I digressed bringing that up) Out of the pictures she had been ordered to give me, the black and white one was good. ALL the pictures in color looked distorted! Her hue or saturation or something was off!!! The colors looked abnornal. The paper might as well been printer on your local drug store paper/printer. This was the only photographer I've ever worked with that didnt provide access to all the proofs as she lead me to believe... And the judge, her fb friend said "I've never had any photographer give me access to all my photos" as if her experience was my previous experience. Anyway... She was the only photographer I was SO dissatisfied with that I felt the need to leave a review such as this, the only photographer that was disorganized the day of the shoot, lacked customer service skills, provided no place for an 8 month pregnant woman to change (changed in the car) and left me not satisfied with the final product. And this is just a summary. I wld NEVER recommend her based on my experience and of course my money back instead of these amateur photos would have been better!
