When we walked in, three employees were sitting around chatting. Not a single person stood up to greet us or offer assistance while we browsed for frames. In past visits here--and at other optical shops--staff have actively helped find styles to match what I need. It is especially frustrating that the store limits weekend hours citing staffing shortages, yet when staff are present, they show no interest in doing the work. Given this sharp decline in customer care, I am seriously questioning whether to return or take my business elsewhere.

I bought a pair of Prada glasses last year and that was the first time I purchased at this location. I was delighted with the service I received. I loved my glasses and they were my go to pair. Unfortunately my favorite pair lost a screw. Jen and Luke were both, again, very patient and resourceful. Jen found me the look and fit I was after and then some! I ended up happily exchanging the one pair and gladly paid extra for the second and third pair! I love how well Jen is managing this location and the employees she has hired and trained. I've been treated with kindness and patience every time! I'm again, very impressed and pleased. I will remain loyal and continue to purchase my glasses at this location. Thank you so much!!!

Since they offer a two-year warranty, I sent them in expecting the repair to be covered. Instead, I was charged $95 and told the damage was "normal wear and tear," not a manufacturer's defect. If sunglasses can split in half after only a year and a half and that isn't considered a manufacturer's defect, what exactly is? Very disappointing warranty policy.
