I sent them a whole vision board with clear outlines of what colors I wanted, and I only asked for a few specific flowers, like dark red roses and sunflowers. The amaranthus they put in the bouquet, which were supposed to be red, ended up being bright purple. Two of the types of orange flowers they said they were adding either weren't orange (ended up being more yellow), or weren't blooming in the bouquet (they were all closed up). Even though I asked for a much smaller bridal bouquet, for my very petite hands, it was still way too large to hold comfortably. We ended up deciding to scrap more than half the bouquet and add in some of the dry and fake florals I had used to make my own hair combs and boutonnières. Overall dissatisfied. A waste of time and money. This was the only thing that made me cry on my wedding day. Would not recommend them at all unless you can meet in person, because clearly, they can't understand everything over the multiple phone calls we had.

I was already 15 minutes late but I called to let them know...and then I sat for 30 minutes awaiting the arrival of the wedding flower bouquet lady (is that an appropriate name?). Anyhoo, thankfully she redeemed herself by being super helpful, honest and attentive. She listened to what I wanted and ran with it. My bouquets ended up turning out a little different but that was due to flowers being out of season and her wanting flowers that would look nice and not wilt/look like crap on my wedding day. When we entered the store the clerk immediately pointed to a large shelf with various squishy toys. Two grown women were grabbing cases of the needohs and emptied the shelf then proceeded to pick up entire displays with products to purchase other squishies. The only purpose of this is to be greedy and hoard toys to resell. I asked if they were buying all the needohs and they said they were. I let them know how my daughter had searched all day and is 11 implying it's pretty crappy what they were doing. I mean GROWN women clearly clearing shelves. They scoffed and asked my daughter if she had a needoh and she said she did already have one. They shrugged and proceeded to purchase. All the while, the clerk just sat there obviously okay that they were buying multiple displays filled with squishy toys. BIZARRE. I have shopped at this Hallmark since I was a kid and will never shop there again. People are so crazy about these toys. I get it but the way grown women were grabbing stuff so we wouldn't get it was GROSS. The clerk may not get paid enough to deal with that BS but they could've SAID SOMETHING, anything really. You go to the grocery store when eggs are on sale and they put a limit. Simple way for a business to handle situations like this. I've now got a child upset and she doesn't understand why grown ups are like this and the store allowed it to happen.
